I received the drone the 29th of January went to fly drone only to find out one of the gears. Isn't working. Reached out to Amazon and asked what could be done. (I took out more warranty) nothing could be done except send it in and they would refund money. That doesn't help it was on special. Now is 30 more. But customer service at Tomzon refunded my money with no problem,Thank you Jenny!! Will definitely give them another visit and purchase.

I bought it on September 30 2023 and then on January 3rd 2024 we took it to the park and it wouldn't stop disconnecting. The camera has a 2 to delay 5 seconds if you are farther than 10 meters away from you. The remote can't even be connected to the height that it can go to the max. The controller wouldn't stop drifting and eventually disconnected and slammed into a tree. When a small piece of some of the DECORATION is gone it can't balance itself making it useless. This drone is only about beginners and when put out of beginner mode it is just a trash drone and made it so that you have to buy a new one. The price isn't even cheap. I recommend buying it if you have no experience and doing it in a place without trees and not going out of beginner mode.

I am new to drones, but when I say the price I had to buy it as I was looking for something some what pro. First time I used it I almost lost it 3 blocks away but since it had a return gps and height limit it came back rite to me and stay at the same altitude. So far I like it and the videos seem ok.

It's a great drone for the price.HOWEVER, if the app keeps telling you that you need to enable local device access, you might need to disable your mobile data connection before running flycam. I hope they can fix this soon, but for now this makes all the difference so it works. I was hesitant to even consider a higher-end Tomzon because of the app, and hopefully they can just fix this soon so no one needs a workaround.I love the drone having gps, prop guards, and close to 250g so it can take off with my airtag connected.I wish the manufacturers would start adding remote id to drones under 250g. Make it optional to turn it on. In the end the drone is just more useful even in the US and more likely to be compliant in every country.

Don’t waste your time on ordering this! Didn’t even connect to my phone! The app it says to download doesn’t work! Tried 3 different phones and and nothing!
