This was the best electrical converter I have used. Very simple to use. I like the multiple outlets and the long power cord. Very easy to set up for charging multiple devices. Love it!!!

Purchased this Smart Multifunctional Voltage Converter for our 3-week multi-country Europe vacation and it never worked throughout the trip. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! Also, the return policy of 30-days is unrealistic if you are out of the country and the return period expires when you return from your trip.

This converter es easy to use but it doesn’t do all that the ads say. The ads claim it converts for all appliances but when received the instructions warn not to use with high wattage appliances such as hair driers. It wasn’t an issue since in Europe most hotels provide hair driers and the like. But I decided to buy this converter based on this distorted claim.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend that travels a lot. I was excited to stumble across this because I was stumped on what to get her. This is the perfect gift for anyone that does any traveling outside the country, you really can't go wrong. She messaged me the other day & said she just got back from a trip & this has changed her life! She said she never realized how hard she had it before, & she's extremely grateful. She said it charges her devices at lightning speeds & she can use it anywhere. Multiple devices at once. The best part is she can use it at home too when she's not traveling. It has an adapter to work with any plug, anywhere.
