This is the worst product. I got it for melting chocolate. It burnt the chocolate. I even tried both settings just to see and it didn’t work. It made it way more difficult. Should have never wasted my money on it. All the utensils broke because they were cheap plastic. So disappointed.

I know this says it's a gift set but I definitely got it for myself. I will be making lots of gifts with it though! As someone who always makes cookie trays full of goodies for all my neighbors every year I can't wait to see what I come up with for this thing. I love that it has two pots so I can do white and milk or dark chocolate at the same time. The chips melted quickly and smoothly with a little stirring. I was pleased with how fast it heated up. I really like that it maintains whatever heat you choose to set it on as well. Some activities require super thin hot melted chocolate that drizzles and some need thicker, cooler chocolate that will harden faster when something is dipped in it so being able to adjust that heat is so crucial. It was easy to use and easy enough to clean when I was done. The only thing I dislike is that it's pretty large and will take up a decent amount of space in my baking cupboard. But the quality of the item is great and the price is right. I'd recommend this to others.
