Not charging, Bluetooth sound is distorted, delivered damaged
The product is not charging properly, it took over 2 hours to charge 14% then stopped charging. The colors cannot be turned on unless the Bluetooth is on. Even if I turned the Bluetooth on and turned it off from my phone, it won’t be changing colors it’s only banana color. The item was delivered in its box but one of the legs was broken.
