Asleep... I can't sleep long without this

Pairing this with melatonin at night, I sleep so well and not even groggy in the morning.

I've been using apigenin mainly for sleep, and it's been effective for what I need. It's not a drastic change, but it helps me relax and fall asleep more easily. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven't had any side effects. Overall, it does what I expected, and I’m satisfied with the results.

The capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste. I also appreciate that they are made with active bioflavonoids and antioxidants. I got this because of the recent studies indicating that apigenin inhibits CD38 production an enzyme that consumes Nad. So yes it did not sit well with me hearing that the extra Nad I might of made by NMN or NR was being destroyed by this enzyme that grows in numbers to consume even more Nad. The mice in the studies were able to have their Nad pools protected from the Apigenin that was administered to them. At the time of this review I am not aware of any human studies which is why dosage and what not is mostly (if not all) speculation ( for Nad preservation). But if you google Apigenin and CD38 dosage you can get some idea especially with the videos available. And from that you will quickly notice it's more than the serving size this brand states. Also it is speculated that by protecting your NAD you might not even need the precursors (NMN/NR).So first off this is Made in the USA. Now that can simply mean putting the capsules in the bottle in the U.S. but I do hope it's more than that. The Apigenin itself is IMO without doubt globally sourced. And although this is lab tested I do not see it stating 'third party lab tested '. Here recently many companies are claiming lab tested using the seller of the raw ingredients supposed lab test. And that is of course the last person you want doing it. What you want to see is third party lab tested in the US/UK or Canada. I still give this 4 stars because it very well may be. Also keep in mind that Apigenin is not usually third party lab tested as it is not super expensive and abundant in sources like parsley and chamomile. There are a few brands on Amazon that are third party tested in the USA and they are triple the cost of this. To the best of my memory, at the time of this review, this is cheapest price for Apigenin that I have seen on Amazon. These are easy to take and I had no sides. I take these before bed because unsurprisingly they make me sleepy. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.
