This is a good amla supplement, but a small bottle with just 60 capsules. It's just certified organic amla powder, plus magnesium stearate and silica as filler. Each 2 capsule serving provides 1000mg amla powder, which is a good dosage. I aim for 1000-2000mg per day.I personally prefer amla tablets, as they are typically made with less ingredients: it's usually just amla and acacia gum - but these are still very good.I like taking amla for cardiovascular health, cholesterol support, and gut health.Overall - it's a good amla supplement, but only 30 servings per container is not the best value.

I used a bottle of triphala over the past two months and believed it helped keep me regular. Amla is one of the ingredients that is used to make the compound triphala so I figured it couldn't hurt taking the amla by itself. I'm older and very aware of how inflammation is for our bodies.I will update my review after I finish this bottle of amla.

This is best taken as 1 capsule twice daily, the bottle has enough for a one month supply. I mostly take this to help regulate my blood sugar levels along with berberine, and of course trying to manage my diet and exercise. Amla is also a powerful antioxidant so this is something I'll continue to take everyday to help me stay healthy.
