The signal quality and resolution are good for the cost. They make navigation easy and don't weigh too much or cause any pain from the straps. We tried a lower priced pair of goggles first, and the screen resolution was too low. These were a good upgrade and make an excellent starter pair.

Got these as an upgrade from my basic beta FPV goggles. Love the DVR function although the lines from analog are a lot more apparent in the recording versus what you see live. The screen size is great and good quality and reception is pretty solid even in a neighborhood with 1,000s of devices. In a field the quality and distance is substantially better. Only complaint is fitment on my head. It’s a bit front heavy due to the size but it’s not uncomfortable by any means. Good bang for buck. Also a nice plus is it can detach from the headstrap so other people can watch.

The product description is misleading. It claims “Double antenna reception to make the signal more stable”, but in reality, the goggles only use one antenna. The second antenna is not functional and does not participate in reception. Additionally, the description says “1 x EV800D 40CH 5.8G Diversity Goggles with Battery”, but this product does not have true diversity functionality. There is no antenna switching or dual receiver system as expected from a diversity device. Furthermore, there is no indication of diversity anywhere: not in the user manual, not in the on-screen display, and not in the device’s menu or interface. This strongly suggests that the product is not a diversity receiver at all, despite being advertised as one. Because of this, the performance does not match what is advertised. Buyers should be aware that this is not a real diversity receiver.

I’ve been using these FPV goggles for a bit, and they’re honestly a blast! The DVR is clutch for recording my drone flights—super crisp footage with almost no lag on the real-time feed. The dual antennas keep the signal rock-solid, and the battery life? Way better than I expected, thanks to that low power tech. Auto-search for channels is a breeze too. The 5-inch screen is bright and immersive, though it’s a tad bulky for long sessions. Audio through headphones is solid, but I wish the fit was a bit comfier. Still, for the price, these goggles totally deliver!

I think I got a clone/fake BUT still works and it was for a beginner setup so missing a few features isnt the end of the world especially for the price. Plastic feels cheap but hasn't been an issue
