Does this soothe dry itchy eyelids

I bought this gel to treat my severe dry eye. Of all the products I’ve used over recent years I would not rank this top of my list. Artlec gel works better for me. I also use hycosan extra ( red bottle) and for itchiness hycosan dual drops ( purple bottle). Both products are for me far superior to siccasan which made my eyes worse. Hope this helps
