Feels Awesome
I was really unsure about using an accupressure mat, but I wanted to give it a try. I am very impressed! This mat is well constructed and the accupressure pieces seem very sturdy. I'm usually very sensitive to sensations like this but after initially laying down on it, it really feels wonderful. I can see myself using it on a regular basis

Good Quality
I was hesitant to buy this set at first due to lack of reviews but really glad I did. It’s a good quality mat and pillow. The pillow is a little smaller than I expected but honestly it works great. The coloring is pretty and the carrying bag is convenient. What really helped guide me in choosing this over others is that it has sharper points vs the curved ones Ive seen on some mats and it includes a neck stretcher, which is awesome. Overall I definitely recommend this set. I’ve already seen an improvement in circulation and a decrease in shoulder and neck pain after just a week of daily use. Looking forward to seeing what other benefits I experience with continued use.

Convenient and nicely made
I am relatively new to acupressure therapy, and therefore using these mats was somewhat of a new experience for me. Removing them from the packaging, the first thing I noticed was just how prickly and sharp the little attachments all along the surface of the mats actually were. it was difficult to imagine being comfortable lying on top of them, or placing my bare feet on top of them. However, to my surprise, it was not as bad as I anticipated. I tried first with a layer of cloth between the mat and my skin prior to placing my skin directly on it. The body does seem to get used to the sensation, at least somewhat at this point in regular usage. Whether or not this is something I actually stick with in the long-term remains to be determined, but these mats do seem to be reasonably well constructed, and certainly a viable option for those interested.

Amazing, couldn't recommend enough!
I'm truly impressed with this acupressure mat set! It brought instant relief and relaxation from the very first use. I was worried about the spikes, but they are incredibly soothing. It's not only eased my back pain and tension but also improved my sleep and I’ve only had it for a few days. The bonus neck pillow is fantastic. It's now a daily essential, and I highly recommend it. The neck stretcher has been a game-changer for me too. It provides instant relief for my neck and shoulder tension. It's easy to use and built to last. If you're looking for a solution to neck pain and stress, this product is worth every penny.

The bag & mat, etc.. all have a symbol on it that is offensive (to me)!
It is very cute! The mat has little flowers on it. It's clean. I am not into the Yin/Yang & the symbols are on everything. I don't like that.

Perfect for Trying Acupuncture at Home
I have never done acupuncture but I have always been interested in it. This mat is a wonderful way to introduce the benefits of it at home. The raised bumps are made of a hard plastic. It was a tad painful but I was able to tolerate it for some time. It helped relief some of my lower back pain. I was not a fan of the pillow as I have a curly head of hair and even when trying to lay flat, I couldn't really feel the pressure. The neck piece was essential in helping me adjust to the mat. The bag was great just because I keep everything in it hanging off my exercise bike and it keeps it out of the way. It has held together.

Plastic 'flowers'
The media could not be loaded. This is not something I would use on a regular basis. The attached pieces are hard plastic - they look and feel cheap. I've seen items like this at my local health food store and the pieces are made of silicone. The linen is soft and the pillow has buckwheat(?) to mold to your head but laying on hard plastic is not a relaxing experience. The mat is ok as long as I have a towel down or am wearing a tshirt and leggings, but not for a prolonged session. I'm not sure you can wash this due to the pieces being plastic; they may melt in the dryer, even on low. The neck traction unit is fine. It's made of a silicone with raised dots for a deeper release. I will use this item but will, most likely, re-gift the mat and pillow.

Ouch (in a good way)
A long time ago I had an acupuncture mat similar to this, but not as effective. The whole idea of an acupuncture mat is to irritate the muscles, which causes increased circulation (and endorphins) to the area, causing muscle relaxation after use. Yes, it hurts at first, but then the muscles relax and it feels awesome. This mat has "flower" like pins that I feel are very effective. It also has a slight cushion to it so that I don't feel the hard floor as much. The pillow is a bit small for me, but I do find it effective for the small area it covers (I just wish it was bigger). I like that, with the exception of the plastic flowers, the materials are natural (linen and coconut), and that both the pillow and mat have a zipper so that you can refill the pillow if needed. They come together with a neck stretcher pillow (which is awesome once your neck relaxes) and all three of them came in a nice tote.
