Does NOT work with NVIDIA GPUs - checked with all the 30 Series NVIDIA cards - NONE WORKED
This adapter doesn't seem to have a valid edid, resulting in NVIDIA drivers labeling it as Fail-safe. This restricts the monitor resolution to a safe limit, which is much lower than the monitor's capability. In my case, it was 640 x 480 pixels.So in Windows Display settings > my monitor that was connected to this Adapter was displayed as a tiny one and there was nothing listed under the Color profile. That was weird since I use a color-calibrated profileInstead of my full 1080p monitor, the Display setting in Windows only showed NV-Failsafe under Display 1.Not only that but the current resolution was set to 640 x 480 pixels and 6-bit color depth, and I could NOT change it, as it was locked and greyed out.I could NOT also change the refresh rate. Actually all configurations of the monitor connected to this DP-to-DVI were greyed-out.I reinstalled NVIDIA drivers, checked that I had the latest Drives, unplugged-replugged the Adapter multiple times, restarted the whole Computer multiple times, and nothing helped.And the same problem happened when I switched to Linux as well.So overall if you are using NVIDIA GPU, I would not recommend this adapter.

Ho una configurazione con 2 schede grafiche e 3 monitor, grazie a questo adattatore posso sfruttare la tecnologia AMD Eyefinity, la quale consente di usare i 3 monitor come se fossero uno solo. Qualità costruttiva decisamente soddisfacente.

Doesnt work
Bought due to a GPU upgrade which wasn't compatible with dvi-i. Adaptor fits and monitor recognized the input but refused to display. Looked online and its due to the signal transfer.Dont buy this, look online for an alternative.

Mostly Works w/ Old Korean Gaming Monitors
Needed this to hook up a free QX2414 144 Hz monitor as a second display. Only expected 1080p@60Hz, was able to do about 105 Hz with a dual link DVI cable. Any higher = green lines.The monitor won't run as fast as it once did but it's good enough for me!

Great quality, works perfectly
I bought a new PC and needed an adaptor for my old Cintiq 21UX, which has a DVI cable. I received this adaptor in less than two days, and I was really surprised by the quality of its materials. It works perfectly and I'm not worried about the durability of the cable at all. Great buy!
