Cleared my Acne
Wow- I was so hesitant to try this supplement as I have tried soooo many things to help clear my hormonal acne. I am a 36 y/o female who has struggled with acne since I was 14. I came across the acne guru on IG and saw this supplement. I also saw the correlation between hormonal acne and eggs. For the last 3 months I have cut out eggs ( I already was dairy and gluten free) and started taking this supplement daily! My cystic acne has not flared up in the last 3 months!!!! Since November last year I started to have such a horrible acne, it was getting worse and worse each month, gettin 4-5 new pimples every day plus the marks it was bad … I just didn’t know what to do, I avoided all type of food just in order to figure out where all this bad acne was coming from.
