I own my Beyerdynamic DT 900 PRO X for about a year. This summer, its original headband came apart since its glue couldn't hold it tight anymore. I bought this headband as a replacement and installed it in a minute easily. Don't know yet, if this one will survive the next summer (2025) but in terms of its quality it looks promising. During this summer, my original headband was exposed to around 90 degrees regularly and failed to make it till this fall unfortunately.However, if something happens to this headband, it doesn't have any tip to pull to replace it, unlike the original one. I don't know yet, what should I do in this case, except for tearing it apart of course. So it's possible that this headband isn't as reinstallable as the original one.

The headband was easy to install, and matches the look and feel of the original headband.

The OEM headband has been “Out-of-Stock” in the United States since the launch of DT X series headphones. I needed a replacement headband. This works perfectly well, even allows you to re-use the black rubber pull tab! It feels great, snaps firmly. Hopefully it lasts longer than the OEM, but I'll settle for “Just as good” if not.

Needed a replacement for the factory installed headband, which came apart in just a couple of weeks use. This replacement does the job, but it does come unsnapped sometimes, and is not the easiest to get aligned properly. All in all, I an happy with it.

Headband on my DT 700 PRO X started falling apart after about 6-7 months. Beyerdynamic referred me to their authorized service center here in the states -- $19 for the headband and $10 for shipping. That band also fell apart around the 6 month mark.I bought this as my next replacement. It looks just like the OEM. Snaps right in like it should. We'll see how it holds up, but for a third of the price of the OEM I'll be a little less upset if it only makes it 6 months.

3 stars for the effort/cheaper option. Some tips on my behalf. The headband needs a different sealing method. incl. using a thicker (memory) type foam for those who have a taller sagittal crest. When it holds up longer than a year. I would pay 20/25 euro's. Greets D

Ho acquistato questo archetto per le mie DT 900 Pro X dal momento che quello originale dopo un annetto si é completamente aperto. L'articolo é perfetto e si incastra perfettamente, arrivato circa 10 giorni prima della data prevista

Ist gut.Nur auf der rechten Seite steht es ganz leicht ab vom Bügel...sprich passt nicht zu 100% (<1cm))...ist aber minimal deswegen ein Stern abzug.
