It literally says Country of Origin is China...reading is a lost concept sadly.

When I used it the cutouts don’t come out well - had to retrace with a knife and pull each piece - any advise?

Hello, I would say for you to drip it in flour and press firmly down. You should be able to cut through the dough.

Is this a fully round pie top cutter? Im only able to view half in the pictures.

It is only for half so you would have to cut two times.
