Update: Luxor reached out to me and replaced my lost bracelet. It has a new improved clasp/magnet and I’m so happy to wear it again. It’s a really good looking bracelet and so glad they have improved the clasp.Old post: I loved this bracelet, but unfortunately the clasp doesn’t always stay closed. After 8 months, it’s gone. I noticed the clasp come undone a few times and was able to retrieve, but today, I lost it :(

So glad I purchased this bracelet. The company gave me an option of sizes, which was great since I have a larger wrist. It fits perfectly. The price point was excellent. I highly recommend.

I'll give it two stars since it was at least nice for a few months. I can't say I buy that it's real leather even though it says it is. I don't really ever remove my bracelets for anything, shower, pools etc.. I had this for 5 months before it ripped. Maybe after three months I noticed the outside starting to wear. So I removed it for water. But it didn't last much longer than that. I've had leather bracelets in the past that I'll go two years with never removing. If it's cheap enough, big deal. But for $10 more I can get the ones that last waaaay longer. I might as well order the $3 ones from Wish for this type of quality. It's ripped into pieces because I did that, it shows how easy it was with my hands to just pull it apart lol.I increased my two star review to 4 stars because of the customer service rep. Ordinarily when leaving reviews, It seems like like most companies don't care to follow up and assist with issues. They did. They provided me a replacement that I can at least wear occasionally or just gift it. At least with this assistance, it felt more like I'm getting what I paid for.

After a few months one of the magnets came off so the seller provided a replacement free of charge.

The magnet that secures it on your wrist fell out after 2 or 3 months. Now it won't stay on my wrist.

The product is the very worst product of this type that I've payed for, maybe ever.My fault. I should know by now, that descriptions highly exaggerate the quality of an extremely poor product.$60 very well wasted. I seriously believe the "package" that it's in, is by far, worth more than the crap packed inside.I've never been more ripped off in my entire life. I have been ripped off before, yes. Though certainly, this is the worst rip-off. I can only hope, that this rip-off will remain, always as the worst ever rip-off in my life. A big chance I believe. Thanks for rubbish bin filler.No one happy here.

Yes it arrived late, but I accepted that because it was beautiful. Unfortunately it broke after less than 2 weeks. That is not good enough, especially for the price I paid. I expected top quality! I have the pieces and will return them, but I expect a new one in perfect condition ASAP. I will not wait for months again!!! Or l will warn all my friends on Facebook about you, and tell them not to purchase anything from you!!! I am so upset and disappointed. I just can't believe 😪 this 😢 I strongly advise you take action straight away! When are you going to come and get the broken one and replace it? Please advise ASAP OR I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU!!!!! How many times do I have to tell you that I want to return it and get a new one that won't break so soon. When are you going to reply to my request?
