Columbia Men's Fairbanks Omni-Heat Snow Boot

I work in a subzero freezer where temperatures range on a daily from -30 to -20 degrees. I wear these boots with just a normal pair of socks and my feet are nice and toasty warm. I normally wear a size 10 but after reading reviews and knowing others who own these, I decided to go with a 10-1/2 and also went with a wide because these tend to run a little narrow. I absolutely recommend these though and will actually be purchasing another pair soon to have as a backup just in case anything happens to these. Also, great support, grip, quality, appearance, height, durability, warmth, weight. Lighter than any boots I’ve tried yet for cold weather.

I bought those for winter in the city. Heat reflecting is great keeps your feet warm. They are comfy. I would recommend using water repellent on them for better water protection. As for hiking, they are more walking through the woods boots than true hiking. For my needs I think they’re great

I was super impressed with these boots when I received them! They fit perfectly with various sock thicknesses, and I love the rise (not too high or low). The color is my favorite! I wasn’t sure I'd like them because it can be hit or miss when buying online, but I adore them. They fit so well, they’re SO comfortable, and they are incredibly warm. They also are very solid in terms of quality & functionality for cold, snowy/icy weather. I’m so happy with this purchase!

One of my ‘big’ concerns is having a comfortable fit around the toes- I need a large-ish toe box, and this boot delivers. It’s also warm, waterproof and lightweight. A couple of points knock off a star however- the speed laces are not what I thought. I thought they are the L shaped eyelets that release the laces when untied. These are all barrel shaped and function like an eyelet on a shoe- no quick release. Also, the tab on the heel isn’t a loop, it’s a flat piece of fabric. As such it doesn’t provide any help when pulling on the boot- you can’t put your finger in to help pull. It seems to be purely decorative and as such should have been left off the boots so as not to provide a somewhat misleading photo.

Whether I'm running errands or simply going about my daily activities, they continue to provide comfort and support throughout the day.In summary, the Fairbanks Omni-Heat boots are a practical and comfortable choice for flying gliders, offering warmth, flexibility, and reliable traction. I even wear them to work when the weather is poor or very cold. They would also make great hiking boots if I were to use them for that.

I have a pair of the Fairbanks low hiking shoes in 10.5 and they fit with plenty of room. I'm a 10.5 in adidas as well as most other shoes and don't have a wide foot. I would say on the narrow side of average actually. That being said, these boots are uncomfortably tight. The length is shorter than my Fairbanks lows, but they still fit. I think you would be safe ordering a size up or your normal size in wide to get a good fit.I'm sending mine back for a 10.5 wide because i don't like extra length in the front.I wore the boots around in my house and they seem great. There comfortable everywhere except the sides in the front. They look great too.

I live in the north of Canada, temperature reaches -35 to -40 here. Also, I live in a small town where the snow/ice removal is not regular. This is my second winter, no issues at all. Great quality, great grip. Perfect fit. Easy to slip on and tie, not heavy like Timberland which makes it easier to walk. Waterproof material and the price is just unbeatable. Highly recommend this.

Me parece qué la calidad de las botas es muy buena, es decir, están muy bien hechas y se puede observar su buena manufactura. El diseño me parece atractivo, estoy seguro que más de algún color te será llamativo. Recomiendo comprar 1/2 número más, tal como lo mencionan en otras opiniones, ya que vienen un poco reducidas.

Ich bin völlig zufrieden mit disem Schuh.Mir wird sehr leicht bzw. immer kalt in den Füßen und ich fand keinen der mich warm hält. Dieser Schuh hat es geschafft!Noch dazu kommt er ist leicht, bequem und angenehm zu tragen.Ich bin begeistert, ich kann diesen Schuh nur empfehlen.

Bot güzel, ama ilk başta kokusu çok felaket. Ayağı sıcak tutuyor, su geçirmiyor, ama ip bağlama yerinde 5 adet demir var, bu 6 adet olması gerekirdi. Çünkü üst tarafta boşluk kalıyor orasını bağlayamıyorsunuz
