This was exactly what I was looking for. Just needed something new for the sink as my old dispenser stopped working and I decided to buy a fancier dispenser. I love it, it works perfectly. The motion sensor on it is very accurate. It is super easy to set up and once you set it up you really don't have to touch it again. Not having to keep pumping the soap makes washing dishes a lot easier it is definitely a purchase I should've made sooner.

We have 2 of these. After about 2 months they stop working. Replaced batteries, light come on but mechanism doesn’t work. The only thing that’s working is hitting them on the bottom a few times and they start working again. No customer service I can find. Very frustrating for it to be so cheap.

Didn’t work - worked maybe 1 every 10 tries. Multiple people tried on different days but super inconsistent.Battery compartment is also on the bottom and pretty much requires to be held upside down to access. Would be find if a battery holder was in compartment you could take out but not the case.

I bought in June, now mid November it is failing to dispense, despite changes of battery and trying a less viscous soap. Disappointing after less than 6 months’ light use, no more than a couple of times a day.
