I bought 2 drones at Christmas for both my grandsons. The drones are well made, sturdy, and not complicated to maneuver. I had some questions and contacted the vendor. Surprisingly, I was able to make contact with a person who listened and helped to resolve the small issue. I would definitely purchase these drones again for my younger grands when they are ready for such an adventure.I want to add another word or two about the company. I mentioned that I'd had an issue with one of my grandson's drones. I reached out to the vendor, actually made contact with a person, but what I didn't mention was how they went above and beyond in making sure I and my grandchildren were happy with this purchase. When the vendor realized there was no easy fix to the problem, they, without any prompting from me - replaced my grandson's drones at no cost. That is almost unheard of. This company cared so much that they were determined to find a solution. I can assure you that if my grandson's want larger drones for Christmas 2024, I am searching this company's website first. They are awesome.

Good value

Not fun to use for me nor my 5 year old. He has been so disappointed.It does not function as it should. It does not stay in the air at all. Waste of my money for a Christmas present.

Note: This is a review of the Attop Model X-PACK 10 drone. There are other models on the same Amazon product listing and the reviews don’t always identify which model they are reviewing. The X-PACK 10 is the basic “BLACK” drone that does not fit into the controller, and currently sells for just under $50 USD.Summary:This drone met my expectations as a first time drone flyer and owner. I wanted something that I could learn to fly and not worry about destroying an expensive drone. For the price, I didn’t expect high quality photo/video, long run time, or other fancy features - just a two joystick controller and basic button functions. I was able to unbox, read the instructions, charge, and successfully fly the drone (two batteries flight time) inside in about an hour.Flight time for one battery is about seven minutes. It comes with two batteries and a USB charging cable that plugs into the battery. It doesn’t take very long to charge a battery using a 2A USB adapter. There is no memory card with this model.Tips:- Start in a room that has high ceilings and less furniture. Hovering over an unoccupied bed makes for a safe crash landing- Read the instructions so you’re familiar with the joystick controls, especially the descend function to land it. Use the descend (all the way to the ground) if you lose control.- The one button take off feature makes it easy to take flight - it will reach a height and hover, then you can start controlling it.- The green LED light on the rear of the drone helps keep you oriented when first using the controller. Keep that light visible using the rotate function (left joystick) and the navigation functions of the right joystick will feel more natural

Super short lived. I don't know if we "used it too much" but my 10 year old son had it for 2 days before one of the arms to the propeller melted. Super unfortunate as we got this for him to play with durign the summer, yes out california summers get hot, but i didn't think that hot to melt it.

.The Attop X-Pack 10 was incredibly easy to setup and get flying, Controls a are simplistic and easy to learn for kids. It says 4 but younger kids can learn the basics. Simple options to maneuver the drone in-flight as a first time drone users. More functions for more advance maneuvers. Camera is solid and easy to use The Attop X-Pack 10 is a durable drone and connects easy to controller to use camera. Will definitely explore more drones by Attop

Kids loved and enjoyed it

I bought this drone to inspect the roof of my home after a recent severe storm, but the app necessary for the camera to take video/pictures will not load on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra) which is running version Android 13. When trying to load the app, it gives an error message "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android" See attached pic. There is no mention of this in the product description on Amazon. I've reached out to their tech support and they keep telling me they'll get back to me in 24 hours. This has been going on for 7 days now. I'll be returning this to Amazon.So if your phone is running Android 13 and you're looking for a toy to just watch it fly around, it's perfect. If you're looking for a drone that will actually shoot video/pictures,,,,, Well, it's useless.UPDATE... The seller did reach out to me and issued a full refund without returning the drone and promised to notify me when the app is updated to work with Android 13. I consider that VERY GOOD business practice! I'll update if I get app update.
