I am so impressed and pleased with my purchase of this lovely ukulele. Although the frets were a bit rough when I got it, which have easily been smoothed off with a carefully used nail file, otherwise it is really finished well and looks lovely.Naturally as with all new strings, I have needed to allow them to settle in and help them by stretching them, but now it stays nicely in tune. Other slim ukes can sound slightly tinny, but this one has a lovely full sound, every bit, if not better than another non-slim uke that I have. The curved back, which incidentally is finished in a lovely way, most certainly helps to project the sound. I must say that when I heard demostrations of this model on YouTube, I thought that amplification had been used, but I realise that it really repesented the natural, unamplified sound of this lovely uke.I like the extras supplied. The case is very good as is the strap and tuner. I am finding that the tuner is as good as the Snark tuners that I also use.I have incidentally installed Aquila super nylgut strings since my purchase. While the provided strings were very good, this is just my preference. Careful knotting of the ends were needed as, at first, I found that the strings slipped out because of the way that the strings are slotted in, but that was only a teething problem. After a while some may want to treat themselves to some of these strings, or at least ready for future use, but otherwise the supplied strings are very good too.

Wasn't sure whether to buy this product, its a brand none of my ukulele group had heard of, but decided to take a punt for the price as I preferred the look to anything else available. I was not disappointed! My group plays once a fortnight and I don't pick it up meantime, but it still remains in tune whereas apparently some don't. It has a beautiful satin finish and additional details such as the etching round the sound hole and white binding give it a more premium look. Admittedly as a fairly novice player I probably am not the best judge, but to my ear it also sounds great and definitely more than meets my needs. It doesn't come with strap buttons, but these are easily attached, and the case is fantastic quality and really well padded for all the times I throw it in the car. Even comes with a basic teaching booklet with info on chords etc. So glad I bought this as it's such a great buy, I love it! :)

The price is really good for what you get, buy if you go to the Hricane website they say that this model got solid wood, but this is not true, only the top is solid. I was a bit disappointed, but honestly for that money you'll never get something better than that.This is definitely not for professional musicians, better go to a Luthier.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my first ukulele and I am very happy with it. It appears well made and I cannot find any lazy mistakes or flaws in the craftsmanship. The designs on it are not stickers or paint they seem to be branded in the wood. The bag actually has some padding and the tuner works great. The strap works well but is not top design quality. You get everything you need to start playing and a very nice instrument. I have learned several basic songs in the first couple weeks like "Three Little Birds" and "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." Was worried the first couple times playing but just kept trying and eventually go it.

A lovely instrument.Well made, quality instrument with a great sound; I don't think you could do any better at the price range, or for that matter if you paid whole lot more for an instrument.Easy to tune; there are few free apps for this purpose; lovely loud tone/sound.Strong soft case with rucksack type, and brief-case handle carrying also a loop to hang on a peg/other.Nice little bag, inside extra added zip pocket, with spare strings and courtesy note from dealer/maker. A year's guarantee too!I'm really very pleased with the tenor I received. Highly recommended....just buy one; much more fun than having 60 quid in you pocket.

Bel instrument très bien fini sans aucun défaut et passé en Low G aussitôt avec une corde de Sol nylon de guitare.Au bout de 4 jours , les 4 ont pris leur place et ne se désaccordent plus entre elles...Oubliez l'accordeur électronique car il est vraiment faux d'un quart de ton ...Belle sangle .Mécaniques super douces et sans problème.Très heureux de cet achat.

Sono principiante e sto imparando ma l'ho fatto vede a chi già suona questo ed altri strumenti,tanti complimenti per come è fatto e come suona,corde perfette, c'è un accordatore dentro la scatola,corde sostitutive e vari altri accessori....molto bello come oggetto,legno buono,ben rifinito,mi piace molto *.*

Ich bin blutiger Anfänger in Sachen Saiteninstrument.Das Stimmgerät hat mit gut geholfen und ich konnte es problemlos einsetzen.Ja am Anfang muss man es öfters stimmen. Aber inzwischen hält es sich für mich in Grenzen. Es ist eigentlich nur die oberste Saite die noch etwas Stimmung braucht.Für mich als unmusikalischen Mensch klingt sie gut und mit meinem Lernprogramm klappt es super 👍.

El ukelele es precioso y suena muy bien. La relación calidad precio es perfecta. También por el pack que incluye una funda de muy buena calidad, rígida y acolchada con tiras de mochila. También afinador digital, pua, cuerdas de repuesto, funda de terciopelo y correa. Mi primer día observo que se desafina fácilmente pero lo he afinado varias veces y cada vez está mejor. Con sólo sólo dos días de uso, considero está aún en rodaje y el ukelele necesita un tiempo de adaptación. La madera es cálida y resuena muy bien. Material de Koa es madera de acacia, en teoría originaria de Hawái., por eso mi elección. La comunicación con vendedor fué muy buena y rápida ante todas mis consultas. Estoy encantada.

Quite poorly made instrument. It keeps getting out of tune after just a few strums. Very sharp edges, cheap strings. I have no idea why this ukulele got so many positive reviews. Sound is very flat. For just a bit more money you can get a far better ukulele.The extras were very nice. The bag is sturdy, the tuner is fine. But overall, I would definitely NOT recommend this ukulele.
