The bands arrived a couple of days ago so too early to talk about durability but they seem to be very good quality. The pack of three is cheaper than two single band so good VFM if you want the lighter bands. I'd like to see other combinations offered in multi-packs as the single bands look a bit pricey on their own.The enclosed booklet is really helpful and they sent a pdf by email too, so customer service is good.I've not tried any other bands to compare but recommend these completely.

There are so many similar products on amazon I was very concerned that I would end up with bands that are too light in resistance. Embarrassingly I can report that the heavy one is very heavy resistance indeed. I think I'll be sticking with the medium and light for a while! (ps I am a 13 stone male that does body weight exercise mostly - so not muscle bound, but equally not without strength)Seems very solid quality - can't see these breaking!

Great product and quality. The 3 bands are gym quality and a great piece of kit. Good for use after recovering from injury, I've had a recent hernia op and these are great to get back in the swing of things (gently). You can do so many different exercises that you could get shot of most of your gym equipment, plus they take up no room at all. All in all a great bit of kit, great quality and price, you can't go wrong.

Got introduced to using the band at the gym and decided I would like to keep up the use in between sessions. I chose these bands because they looked the right size and are a good price for the set. I was not disappointed they are a good quality product, there is advice on usage comes with them as well. Anyone wishing to tone and strengthen but don't have room for a gym would definitely benefit from their use.

I read a lot of reviews on fitness bands before choosing this brand. The bands were priced really well for a full set of three rather than buying individually. The bands are good quality come with instructions and plenty of exercises in a booklet. The company has great customer support, I received emails with order updates and an additional ebook of exercises. Item arrived on next day delivery.

had a couple of resistance bands before which snapped but these feel very good and a lot more secure than previous ones.3 different ranges of band which is good as some muscles and techniques require a lighter or stronger band.Good workout booklet along with the set showing workouts for various muscles groups meaning you dont have to go away googling exercises to get started.Very impressed

Box of 3x resistance loops arrived next working day. Small instruction book inc. 3 loop bands work very well for different resistance workouts. I use a door stop loop (sold or home made) for greater veriety of workouts. I would recomend these bands & have bought before from Atemi sports.

Good quality bands with great exercise booklet.Could be improved by adding a carry bag but really great value for money.
