Good product! Update: 4 stars for craftsmanship
Easy to snap together. Very loud when refilling so minus one star. Scares the crap outta my dog when it refills. Overall a good product.UPDATE: Dog got over the refill noise and uses it no problem. I’ve since moved it and use it as an auto waterer for my chicken coop. Had this for about 4 years now & it works like the day I bought it. I’ve performed zero maintenance and allowed it to be empty for several months at a time. As soon as I turn it back on it comes right back to life. Our house has very hard and minerally water and it hasn’t phased it at all in 2 years at the new house. Our previous house wasn’t on a well so that wasn’t an issue the first couple years we had it. It regularly gets to over 100 in the summer here and while we don’t have snow we have several hard freezes every winter and it’s generally in the 30s at night. Overall I’m impressed with the craftsmanship and would definitely recommend this product.
