Didn't work
These didn't really work as expected even combined with a good diet and exercise. All it did was make my stomach hurt. The taste wasn't that great either.

Hungry stopper
This product really works. I am basically not ever hungry, it has stopped me from feeling like I want to snack and it helps me to feel full. I’ve tried so many products and this absolutely works.

Semi worked
I used it once and took 4 pills like it said and I did notice a feeling of being full and my stomach felt tight and full so I think it might work on a longer use of the pills but I also weighed myself the next day and gained weight but could've been water weight so that's my thoughts on the product.

Ineffective
As far as I can tell, these do nothing. The water is what made me feel full. I can do that without these pills.

It works
If you time it just right it makes you feel full. I noticed a decrease in appetite and cravings, didn't give me any stomach issues or cramps. It's very convenient to take with you if you go out to eat. As far as weight increase I didn't experience any.
