This is a pretty good manual recliner for the price.Good support for the back and bottom.My only peeve is similar to other folks with the lowering of the foot pad, but I can drop it easy enough.Would have preferred a handle that moves the pad ,but still is worth the purchase.I also made a mistake reading, this is a leather product, not genuine leather.That being said, it is quite comfortable and hopefully will get many years

There are lots of questions on this furniture, so I thought I would write a review as this information would have been appreciated when I was in the process of buying these. We were looking for smaller scale furniture that looked like it could be original RV style furniture, would be comfortable, would recline, and would fit through the front door, and these fit the bill perfectly. First, they come in two boxes for the two seater couch, and one for the chair. The back assembly and cushions are not yet attached, so it made for a compact box size that fit easily thru the door of our RV. Had there been an issue, I would have removed the pieces outside and carried it in, but that was not needed. The material itself is a bit thin but it has proven durable - we have had these pieces for over a year now, in a trailer that gets usage almost every weekend from spring to fall, and many weekends also throughout the winter, including with a medium sized dog on it always. They are very comfortable, in fact I find it more comfortable than our furniture at home. Lastly, they are wall huggers so only need an inch behind them, maybe a tad more, as the seat slides forward when you recline creating room for the back to go down. The price was amazing, and delivery was fast and free. One thing to note: the brown color has a very slight red/burgundy tinge to it under certain (LED) lighting, however, it still went with our trailer inside, so its not an issue for us. Just don't expect pure brown. See pictures, showing the 2 seater in a standard slide and the chair. For the price, can't be beat.

This chair literally zips together. It would be helpful to have someone help you with this. The back and the arms are well padded but the seat leaves something to be desired. It could have used a lot more padding. I bought a cushion to use so my butt didn't hurt after sitting in it for a half hour. My other gripe is the fact that once it is open I have to bend it down with my legs, stand up and kick it closed. My legs aren't strong enough to close it while I am sitting in it. I would have preferred that it opened and closed with a lever. All of that said I am keeping it. I got it so my dog could sit next to me when it was thundering and it works well for that. I have figured out fixes for the problems I had.

OOPS Amazon sent two left sides instead of a left and a right to create a full seat. The help support line has sent us a replacement side (FEDEX) and is currently working with me to pick-up the incorrect side. Hope I do not need to transport it because it won't fit in my car. It goes together pretty well, but it is very unstable to sit in as the support is provided in the other half. My daughter loves it though. The recliner portion feels tight and the arm-rests feel short (I am pretty tall) compared to my regular recliner.The Sturdiness and Comfort should be fine after I get the other half but for now, I give it a 3. When complete, a 4 should be expected, its not a lazyboy ..... so its fine.

I bought this recliner while it was on sale and for the money it does the job. It's not a cushy recliner, so don't expect to cuddle into it as the cushions are firm, but it's not uncomfortable either. When it arrives you'll need to play hide and seek for all the cushions, but rest assured they are all tucked away under the base of the recliner and may put up a fight when you try to pull them out. In case you need to know, the cushions zip onto the recliner which isn't difficult. My only complaint is, on my recliner, the zipper to the top part of the back cushion is mismatched (where the zipper ends should meet, they do not). This isn't a big deal for me as I can easily pull up the back cushion when needed.

The first and most important reason why I'm loving this chair is my feet actually touch the ground! Being 5'1", it's very hard to find comfortable furniture where my legs don't dangle off the floor like a little kid or I have to slouch to do so. Hubby said it was very easy to assemble, with most of it being a series of velcro and zippers. Don't let that fool you - it's a very sturdy piece. It's a nice color and goes well with my dark Taupe sectional. We have small rooms so finding furniture that's "short person friendly" AND compact enough to not take over the room is always a challenge. This chair is big enough to be comfortable but small enough to fit in the room without overwhelming it. The recliner button is at the top of the chair, just under the armrest vs. the lower portion of the side - another plus to us shorties! No more leaning halfway over to recline - Whoo Hoo! The mechanism works easily and putting the chair back into a sitting position is effortless. The leather is nice and soft. I'm very happy with this chair.

I love this couch, now mind u I am a tiny woman, this would never due if u r over wt!! It is tiny for 3 tiny people. The leather is soft and gorgeous! The backs do not recline only feet. That is my only complaint!! It is a very firm couch too, which I also like. It looks lovely in our tiny but adorbs home! Make sure u have this put up against a wall too, for leaning back could crack the wooden back. I rarely have anyone over so for hubby and I it is perfect. We LOVE it.

Easy to assemble, directions easy to understand, comfortable to a point. Eventually my back hurts but that could just be me getting old 😂 small so will fit fine even in a tight space. Reclines fine. Be careful stretching out though the left and right side are barely connected so they will separate. For $430 ish its worth it. Especially with 2 day shipping and easy assembly. And it looks nice too. Just like in the Amazon photos. I would take one of mine but currently laying on it so you'll just have to take my word for it looking as advertised! Anyway again for the price its a great buy. And looks nice in my living room.

Posted as leather. I called the seller to ask if this was real leather and I was told yes it is. A lie. This piece of crap has arm and back attached with zippers and Velcro. What a joke.

They are comfortable but in order to work fully reclined I put two 2 x 4 board 14 inches long against the wall and the metal foot frame on the bottom of the couch. That way the couch doesn’t rub against the wall. It keeps the top of the couch about 2 to 3 inches away. The couch when open moves in a way so it swings somewhat forward so the headrest doesn’t touch the wall

UPDATE ON REVIEWThe covering on the chair is separating. This is a piece of junk!!! Sorry for the first review commented to quickly..The chair is good for the price paid. I have a problem finding a chair that is comfortable as my upper leg seem short so in most chairs I don't reach the back when setting upright. This chair is comfortable for me. I would have preferred the foot rest to be about 3 inches higher when the chair is reclined. I find it a little low and causes me to slip down in the chair.

It's smaller than I thought it would be . But suits me good. It was absolutely in pieces (about 8 or 9) so took awhile to figure out what went where. There were no instructions included so could only look at the picture on the box.
