IThe product is good. But the delivery service at Ottapalam for our Mulunjur village is poor. They change the status " Handed over to the resident" at 8.30 pm and comfortably sit on the problem. Then it is left to the customer to call Amazon and cancel or re order. When is Amazon going to solve the problem? This is going on for last 3 months
