I love this silicone putty for making molds at Devil n Dove! It’s super easy to use—just mix the two parts, press it onto the item, and in minutes, we have a flexible, reusable mold. It captures fine details beautifully, which is perfect for our jewelry and small artisan pieces. Plus, it cures quickly, so we can keep creating without long wait times. A must-have for any small business or DIY crafter looking for reliable, mess-free mold making!

Even though prices have gone up this is a good product and I would buy again. I use this to capture my kid’s hand and feet prints because it is sturdier than plaster. It’s pretty easy to use, and dries fast but not too fast. Initially feels too soft and melty but actually holds details very well. It was just enough to get hand and feet of five year old. Comes in a resealable container so you don’t have to use all at once.

I had forgotten that I wanted this stuff in case in the future I needed to make a mold. So, when I need some filler to fill in the holes on a dresser before I could sand and paint it, I used this. It worked great! It’s easy to use—1:1 ratio and okay with it like play dough and it mixed easily. It dried quickly but didn’t shrink much if any. I sanded it then prime painted before painting with color and thus stuff performed perfectly—sealing the holes well.

I bought this to take molds of my dog's paws. It worked perfectly. I've also used it for making jewelry in the past. To make sure it cured properly I used a scale to weigh the right proportions. I have done it by eye before, but weighing is just easier with less guess work. The molds are usable in a couple hours, but I found they take a day to reach full firmness.
