I just had to leave a review for this sharpener.I've struggled to find a decent one for years but this beats anything I've tried before.It uses a beveled gear sharpener rather than a blade so it leaves the sharpest point imaginable, you can also adjust the point down if you don't want to throw your pencils at a dartboard.The filings fill up in the bottom tray and are visible through the camera lens so you'll know when it's full.Add to that it looks good sat on my desk.

To be honest, I bought this initially for the looks. I love the style of retro cameras but having one as an ornament just for appearance seems kind of pointless...so when I found this, and it actually has function I thought that's perfect.Now i'd used mechanical pencil sharpeners before but never saw the benefit of them over normal sharpeners. This has completely changed my opinion, its very smooth, my leads never break, and there is even the option to choose how sharp you want the tip to be sharpened to (an option I never thought I needed before now). I draw a lot of technical drawings and this has definitely made it that bit easier and neater when I'm working.And it looks gorgeous, my dad at first thought I had somehow found his old camera.

Only recently took up drawing as a retirement activity. all the guides etc stress how important it is to have a really sharp pencil. I thought mine were sharp until I used this. They are like darts, and as a photographer it looks great in the chaos that I call a studio.I really recommend this.

Purchased this funny little sharpener to sharpen some jumbo pencils I own, it does the work perfectly! The auto stop feature works well, and the auto feed is sturdy and does not make it cut at an angle like some other brands I've seen.Just the best solution if you have pencils that are too big for other sharpeners

C'est le deuxième taille-crayon de ce type que je possède.Les prix sont fluctuants selon les fournisseurs et les dates.Ce n'est pas un Caran d'Ache, celui des instituteurs des années 60, qui est vendu 10 fois plus cher mais il fait le travail si on fait bien attention.Produit sympa qui fonctionne. Pas pour usage intensif.

Bellissimo! Poteva mai mancare sulla scrivania di un fotografo?Diciamo che costa meno di altri simili qui su Amazon ed è anche molto ben fatto. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che per pinzare la matita ha 3 gommini, e non dei punzoni metallici come mi è capitato su oggetti simili ma di marca più blasonata, che alla fine lasciavano il segno sulla matita.Dietro, sulla manovella, c'è un registro con cui è possibile regolare quanto a fondo temperare la matita. Funzione molto interessante.Tempera molto bene grazie alla fresa metallica, e lo fa nel massimo rispetto della matita: ho provato con una matita pubblicitaria che non sono mai riuscito ad usare con un temperamatite a lama tradizionale perchè evidentemente la mina è frazionata al suo interno data la scarsa qualità. Con questo temperamatite siamo alla terza volta che la tempero e non ha mai fatto una piega.Soddisfattissimo!
