Fun, does its job well, tiny bit smaller than expected.
I was expecting this little guy to be a bit larger. It's small, but awesome. It keeps together in the hot liquids and seems to do well diffusing flavor. Not QUITE as well as having the herbs directly in the pot, but worth it not to fish out bay leaves and thyme twigs. Make sure you have a brush foe cleaning because grease from meats do build up a little bit in the odd spaces. But over all a convenient tool.

Holds spices but flavors your dish
This made for a funny yet useful package topper for a gift to a friend who cooks! It holds spices that you don't want to have to fish out of a dish (whole peppercorns, bay leaf, etc) but still allows them to flavor what you're cooking. It's made of silicone and cleans up with no problem.
