Textured Outside Makes it Simpler to Use - Works Hot or Cold
These have a really interesting, almost clothlike texture (though I’m pretty sure it’s still plastic) that I prefer to the other ice packs I own. I’m including a picture to try to show it. I found this allowed me to use it directly without needing to wrap it in a towel - call me a bit lazy, but it’s great to not have to go track down a towel/one more thing to grab. (Though when heated, I was using outside my clothes and moved directly to the skin as it cooled.) A definite perk and I was impressed.Since it is a two pack I was able to put one in the freezer, so it is always ready to be used, and the other is ready to be heated. This is especially nice if you are at the point of dealing with an injury where you need to alternate ice and heat. Initially I was wary of microwaving something that is plastic, but it worked great! There isn’t a huge difference in sizes, but that’s not an issue for me. I would suggest this for anyone who is looking for quality hot or cold packs. I know I really appreciate the versatility, convenience, and value of them in a 2 pack.

DMI Hot & Cold Reusable Gel Compress
Every household should have some of these. You never know when you'll need an icepack for something, whether that's for an injury or even to put into your reusable grocery bag to keep things cold for the trip home. They are pretty solid when coming out of the freezer so you may have to wait just a bit for it to be flexible enough to bend around whatever part needs icing, but they stay cold for a really long time. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!

I love that they still have some moldability while frozen!
These are great, hot and cold compresses. It seems like we always have some sort of injury or ache or pain in my house, so ice packs can be a commodity. They work as expected and hold their cold about the same as most regular gel ice packs they aren’t as flexible, so I don’t know that I would use them for elbows or knees, but they do a good job pretty much anywhere else.

First aid essentials
These are great to keep around for emergencies. They’re reusable which makes the price point worth it. They really do help to relieve pain and they conform to the area you need them. I wish they were a little larger but they’re fine for the average sized adult or child.

So nice for aches and pains
These are so helpful when you're hurting. You can just heat one up and have it ready in minutes. Cooling of course takes a bit longer, but probably not as long as you'd expect. It took about an hour for it to be cool enough for me to use (as the instructions say). These are amazing, highly recommended

Love them
We use one for hot and one for cold, and they work exceptionally well for both uses. For the price, these really can't be beat. We've had them for a few months and they're both holding up well.

Hard to clean.
These gel packs can use for hot and cold therapy. They work great as an ice pack and hot hot compressions. However the packs make from something that look like paper and plastic which impossible to clean and get dirty very easy.
