not fast!, regular charger yes, that depends on the power demand by the device.this is a regular USB charger -does not supply the 3A (on two new devices) -kind of a ripoffthe plug itself does not fit well into the asus zenfon 3not retractable, though they made pretty good effort to me me think so (usb socket never shown in images)if you want fast charger , probably invest more in a better one
