The product is awesome, but the installation on 19th June 2025 was substandard. The technician lacked experience with copper pipes: the outdoor unit was fixed to the roof with no mounting required, the pipes had no bends to fix to the wall, and were flying with a space shuttle.On 27th June 2025, a gas leak occurred due to this faulty installation. Though Lloyd’s customer care responded promptly and fixed the leak the same day, the technician refilled gas without vacuuming a mandatory step. The AC now cools, but the repair was unprofessional.Note:Gas refills are free under warranty; otherwise, they cost ~₹3,000. I’ll share an updated review after 3 months.

The product is good and cools very fast. However installation team is not good that is why I have given 4 star rating.

Was confused for similar products in this range and went with itEven cools a 11feet height room at 24 temperature in around 5-7 minutes .
