High Coast Crossbody

I treated myself to this new bag because I’m pregnant and constantly feeling overstimulated and uncomfortable, and anytime I was out and about, my crossbody purse was making me want to throw things. I tried a few different bags that I owned and they all were very uncomfortable for me to wear (specifically the feeling of the strap and how the weight was distributed). I dreamed of a small (but not too small) lightweight bag with a padded strap and couldn’t believe when I found this one from Fjallraven which perfectly matched what I was dreaming of. Fjallraven is probably my favorite brand of bags and I even already have the High Coast Pocket from the same line (it is a little too small for me to use everyday, and the strap is thin and not padded, which is why it didn’t solve this particular conundrum for me). So I went ahead and ordered this one and am SO FREAKING GLAD I DID! It’s probably my favorite and most comfortable purse/bag I ever owned. It is absolutely the perfect size and weight. It has a ton of spare room when I’m just carrying my daily essentials, but I can easily fit in extra stuff when I need to (for example, a book/kindle/notebook). It is extremely light and the weight distribution is just perfect - I don’t even feel it most of the time! Part of me is a little sad that I won’t be using it anymore once I switch to a diaper bag soon!! But I will continue to use it when I run out on errands without baby, and might even just throw it in diaper bag as a container for my personal essentials. This is seriously my favorite bag ever, it makes me happy and I want to take it everywhere with me!

Perfect size. Great for travel. Bought 2 one for myself and one as a gift. We both LOVE it. Lots of storage room inside and organization pockets are greatly appreciated. Options for wear are a plus.

I discovered Fjallraven a few months ago and have fallen in love with their products and designs. When I tried this bag, I knew it was the one for everyday carry. I'd previously been wearing mini backpacks (9-10L), and they worked great, but I needed to lighten my load and simplify. So I started using fanny packs as slings, which worked for phone, wallet, and keys, but I needed more volume. So I researched small crossbodies and came across FR's High Coast line; this bag seemed to tick off all the boxes. For such a simple bag, the 3L capacity works for everything I need during the day—phone, wallet, keys, glasses, lip balm, mask, meds, bandanna, ear buds, charger/cable, sanitizer, tissues, mini first aid stuff, small SAK, and I still have more space to fill. The bag has no structure, which helps it expand to fit, but keep in mind that no structure means no padding, except on the removable strap. I love the material, how it feels and looks, even how it sounds! Just enough pockets to organize me, yet not so many that I don't know what's where. Love the simplicity, versatility (can go from super casual to, depending on color, somewhat dressier), weather resistance, padded removable strap, smooth zips, little handle on top, even the reflective arctic fox logo! It really flattens out, which means that you can pack it out more than some of the other slim 2-3 liter rectangular bags that have structure and padding. You just have to know what you're getting. I tried Alpaka, Cotopaxi, Bellroy, Jansport, and researched a bunch more, but nothing hit the mark. Even some other Fjallraven crossbodies/waist packs didn't work for me; but the High Coast line is the sweet spot. Soft and malleable, yet durable. I got these in four colors (Black Friday sales)!!

The Fjällräven Kånken Koncept Crossbody has a great look and the quality feels solid, but it’s not the most practical for everyday use. It’s a nice, structured bag with that classic Kånken style, and it holds the essentials well without feeling bulky. The strap is comfortable enough for short outings, and it works well as a simple grab-and-go bag. The downside is that it’s difficult to clean. It picks up marks fairly easily, and wiping it down doesn’t always fully remove stains, which is frustrating for something I expected to be more low-maintenance. Overall, stylish and well-made, but not the most forgiving when it comes to upkeep.

This is the perfect size to carry your wallet, phone (any size), keys and even travel brochures and other small gear. It holds a lot for something that appears small at first glance, and that's because it is a tall bag that is strong and durable enough to expand as needed. I wear it as a crossbody sling so that it's not in the way in the front while also keeping my hands free. Its best use is traveling or road trips when you just need a simple place to store your important essentials. The quality is top-notch with a beautiful color finish and a comfortable strap that doesn't dig into the shoulders. It is versatile enough to be used as an everyday handbag though while it is spacious, it doesn't hold a water bottle or other larger items you might need during the day. That being said, the zippers are smooth and easy to open. It's also easily packable as the material bounces back into shape; pack it into a backpack and take it out for those quick trips, hikes, and shopping excursions.

This is probably without a doubt, one of the best small Crossbody bags that I’ve ever used. Now I tend to use my helicon tex bag for EDC during the work week as it seems to be just a little bit more durable, and it allows me to carry my work items a bit more comfortably. Now having said that for all other things, this is an absolutely wonderful bag. The strap is comfortable. it’s even padded. It has swivel clips. The interior organization is wonderful. The materials feel very good as I would expect from this company the zippers work perfectly out of the bag no hitches whatsoever. They’re very smooth and fairly quiet the material as I said is very nice and having been caught in rain I will tell you that it holds up very good to wet conditions. Now it is not totally waterproof obviously but it keeps it out. It’s easy to wipe off. It’s lightweight And to carry just normal every day things. This is a wonderful bag. I really like it. It’s a nice shape as it’s not super long and the strap is certainly long enough so you can wear it further down towards your hip or if you wish you can easily set it up to be tighter you could wear this across the chest or your back if you wanted to, but I tend to just carry it about midway down towards my hip. I don’t think the price is actually that bad for what you get. I am willing to pay more for higher quality and this is definitely is a high quality bag. I had gotten this one in the timbuck two vapor Crossbody as they are very similar, but I actually prefer this one over the timbuck two both are great bags. I ended up gifting the timbuck two to my mother and she now pretty much use it as her purse. I do think I’ll buy another one of these just to have a spare once I find something I like I do tend to stock up on them as especially with these bags. A lot of them tend to be revised or be replaced after a few years, but she really can’t go wrong with this bag or this company in general all the products I’ve ever had from them have been very good quality and tend to last for many years

I needed a travel purse that was cute and could go crossbody without a lot of fuss, so I bought this bag. I bought the dark purple, and it’s a great color that’s not blaring; it doesn’t really match anything I wear, so it basically can go with anything (in my opinion)! It’s just big enough to fit my essentials (phone, wallet, readers, sunglasses, pill box, lip gloss, etc., but I’d still consider it small. It is durable and flexible, so it’s easy to travel with. It has easy access to everything and isn’t obtrusive. It is super cute as well! It’s an awesome casual, summer purse too. I love it!

Blev lite besviken först att det inte är samma tyg som Kånken serien. Men jag är jättenöjd och glad över detta materialet. Väskan är mycket lätt och får plats oväntat mycket saker i. Älskar färgen och axelremmen är lite vadderad över själva axeln så man får inte ont även om man har mycket saker i. Som sagt A+++ på denna.
