Qagea 55204 Control Cables with 2 in Black Knob, Locking Throttle Cable Replacement for Dorman, 10Ft. Length

I like how flexible and long the cable is. The length should work for most any situations as I cut 3 ft off and probably could have cut close to another but errored to keep it a tad long than to ruin it accidentally making it too short. My back hoe is a small Terramite T9 so its not much bigger than a large riding mower or a small farm tractor.I also like how smooth it operates. The easy to grip pronged locking collar is a nice feature. I like this style throttle as it allows for very fine increments speeding up or slowing down the engine just by turning the main knob.I suppose the biggest negative is having to cut it to length however that is also a good thing because it covers many uses with its excessive length. I would definitely recommend this as the same cable locally is around $100. So this is a good option if you have a couple days to wait on shipping.

Very nice control cable, almost exact duplicate of Dorman. Push button release / pull-push venier with fine adjustments plus locking knob. This is a "do anything" control cable up to heavier duty tasks and I really like them on agricultural equipment.

Let me preface this review with the statement; "I do NOT order items I do not intend to use myself". That said: for the right job this will do a good job. I am using it to remotely operate an under bed gooseneck ball receiver and it works just fine as there is little load on the cable running a short distance. This type of application is perfect for this item. I do recommend it with that qualifier.

Packaging was terrible cable was bit during packaging and rendered useless. I expected the cable to operate smoothly, but with the bend in the cable, it was extremely hard to push in and pull out. It went in the trash and I ordered another one from a reputable seller installed it yesterday works Very smoothly.
