Not too tight not too loose. Just right.
Sometimes arrows come with nocks that are way too tight. These are just right. At least for the bow string I am using. Cheers. 16 strand

They are what they are. Inexpensive light inserts. Works for me.

I have these nocks several times… But I did discover something…
I have purchased both the green and orange nocks. It seems like the green ones which are semi-translucent are better. The orange ones open up after a few dozen shots.

Great value
Nicks had a good tight fit in a .245 diameter arrow, held onto the string and had clean release.
