UPDATE**5/4/2017 I have purchased yet another TA protector for my Iphone 6. After putting my phone through very heavy abuse- falls, bumps,etc.. my protector chipped and I decided to go ahead and purchase a new one. I am once again extremely happy with the protector- smooth, easy to put on and looks great. I will probably be a TA customer for life. Their prices are fair and their products- EXCELLENT. UPDATE**12/9/2015 After using this screen protector for a little over a year now, I felt it was necessary to update my review and change the star rating. I will preface this review by saying I was initially put off by the smaller sizing of the protector, as reflected in my original review below. Having used many screen protectors for various versions of the IPhone, it took some time to get used to this one. However, over the course of the year, I realized that the pros of it definitely outweigh the sizing concern. Having kids that frequently borrow my phone, it has been dropped numerous times, has been left on top of my car during a rainy day, and most recently, was dropped from a flight of stairs. I was almost certain that my expensive phone was done for. Fortunately, the protector took the brunt of the fall (it finally cracked), and left my phone untouched and unaffected by the demise I had put it through. Tech Armor's protector is probably the reason my IPhone has survived this treacherous year! I am not one to give a product a 5 star rating very easily or write updated reviews. As a matter of fact, my original review gave this 3 stars because of the smaller screen-to-protector size ration. However, I feel its necessary to praise good products and good companies when they are deserving of it. So, after using it for the past year, I have now upgraded the rating to a rare 5 star rating based on the following affirmations: 1. The screen protector is durable and well made. It has withstood many drops, bumps, and even rain. 2. The screen protector has not impeded my ability to use the phone. Although slightly bulkier than other protectors, the screen response is still the same as if no protector was on it. 3. The two times I had to communicate with the customer support team from Tech Armor, they were fast and efficient- a rarity in this market. 4. The protector was relatively easy to install and came with good packaging and good instructions. Overall, with many selections in this screen protector market, I strongly suggest this one. Even with cheaper priced versions available, both the company and the product make paying a few more bucks well worth it. The combination of the solid product and the even more solid customer service behind it, make this my #1 recommended choice for your phone protection. Even if I change phones in the future, I will still go back to Tech Armor to look for my accessories. OLD REVIEW********** Ordered this based on the overall review, and the fact that it was ballistic glass. .I used this product on my personal iPhone 6. On the plus side, the protector seems solid, very well made and should offer good protection from scratches, hits, etc. On the downside, the width size is considerably smaller, and there is an outline along the edges that never went away after application due to its cut. It's also very thick. It's doesn't bother enough for me to remove it, but it does look cloudy along the edges, something I wasn't anticipating. I was aware that this design was made based on the IPhone 5, but some improvements should have been made. Just know with this screen protector, it will be very obvious that you have a screen protector on, unlike some of the other ones, but it is still better built and of higher quality than the cheaper options. Pros: I would like begin with the positives. The material is excellent. Incredibly strong, amazingly clear, and it simply does not scratch, period. Nor does it leave any fingerprints whatsoever. These guys did their homework when it comes to getting the material composition right. It feels just like you're touching your actual iPhone display. Installation was significantly easier than the 'plastic film' style of screen protectors. If you follow the instructions you will not get any bubbles, period. The ballistic glass screen protector is thicker than the 'plastic film' protectors, and has a smooth, luxurious feel to it. Cons: Sizing, sizing, sizing. I realize they had the product out before the iPhone 6 was released, so they were operating based on limited information. But it is simply not big enough. It needs to increase in size about 2 millimeters all around. This is not so big of a deal in the vertical dimension, but in the horizontal dimension it does not cover the whole width of the iPhone 6 screen. On the right edge of my screen there is a small bit that is not covered, and where it borderlines the display the image is slightly distorted. While I can live with this, I am not a fully satisfied customer. Please, Tech Armor, if you read this review please increase the dimensions of the screen protector

I bought this screen protector because after looking for a while, all I could get / find were cheap and unclear qualities. Please note that I bought this a month after the iPhone 6 came out so I have had a great amount of time using this screen protector. While shopping around for screen protectors, I first chose a plastic one because of its thinness. I had such a bad experience especially with the two "top brand and top rated ones" on Amazon at the time. I regret buying it and immediately RMA it with Amazon. Immediately after, I looked around for better options but eventually decided to try out glass. I was not expecting much as I felt like the protector was going to be pretty thick but it ended up just being a little thinner than my case, which was great since it fit with my case. Pro: - Ultra clear - Really Durable - Easy to install, no bubbles, easy to align as the screen is not as flexible as plastic protectors Con: - Does not fully cover the screen (there is nothing any glass screen protector company can do about this) Overall Impressions: (Skip to the last paragraph if you do not want to listen to my rant, I do not usually rant but this is a great product) I absolutely love this screen protector. I have yet to crack the screen protector. My friend who bought a decent screen protector which had far more reviews then this, and had better reviews, envy and lust for my screen protector. She said that my screen protector is extremely clear, which I agree with and wow-ed me when I first installed it. In addition, the customer service was phenomenal. Since I ordered this screen protector before their updated one came out, I contacted them a week or two after their new one came out via email and asked them if they could send me a new one, they did. They sent me one and I received it within a week, and best of all, free of charge. I would consider myself having OCD, if something is not perfect or close to my expectations, I would be extremely unsatisfied and in some cases, I would return the item. In this case, the screen protector was way above par and met all my expectations that it will make me forever a Tech Armor fan. If you are worried about the price, do not fear because I had the same thoughts, but eventually, I realized that this investment was definitely worth it.

So far everything about this screen protector is as claimed. Installation on my wife's new iPhone6 was ridiculously easy - just "dry-fitted" it first to become aware of how the cutouts should be spaced around the button and the earpiece, cleaned the phone screen thoroughly, then removed the liner and carefully lowered it into position as per the directions (also - watch the installation videos on Tech Armor's website). As soon as it made contact with the phone you could see the silicone sealing against the phone's screen. Two quick swipes with a finger across the surface and adhesion was complete. Easy to see if you trapped anything (as the protector adheres to the screen the interface "darkens" (for lack of a better word - it's still 100% clear - you'll see what I mean) so you can easily see where it's bonded), but I had no trouble with that. After 3 months of use it is still 100% scratch-free (it lives in my wife's purse with loose keys and everything else women keep in their purses), and fingertips glide across the surface as smoothly as on the bare iPhone screen. It is also astoundingly fingerprint- and makeup-proof: the plastic film protector we used on my wife's previous iPhone always looked nasty and oily from face oils and makeup in no time and needed frequent cleaning. This glass protector seems to repel everything and so far stays very clean with no maintenance whatsoever. Only drawback is that due to the curved-glass screen, this protector (or any other for an iPhone6) cannot be made to cover "edge-to-edge", so I'm not sure it can provide as much impact protection in the instance of a fall with an edge-/corner-strike, since it would not be involved in the impact. But that's the fault of the iPhone6 design, not the protector. Likewise you will always see the edges of this protector even with a case on the phone, but if you install it straight you won't really ever notice it's there - it just "disappears" into the design of the phone. Note that I also purchased the equivalent screen protector for my new LG G3 smartphone as well - please see that review for a slightly different outcome. As far as I know these protectors are supposed to be identical other than the different size/shape for the two different phones, but my experience with them hasn't been identical.

I absolutely love the protection that these screen protectors provide. I will not use my phones without one of these installed. They take a serious beating and protect the screen like no other. Here's some more in-depth notes: Pros: - Amazingly strong! I have used these for years, and they protect your screen unlike anything else. The ballistic glass is strong, tough, and takes the shock of being dropped or hit unbelievably well. I have on a number of occasions dropped the phone, and cracked the screen on my phone, only to peel off this protector and realize that just the ballistic glass is broken, and my phone screen has been saved once again. - The cost is great compared to having to buy an new screen for my phone. - The warranty replacements are great. You just go to their website, enter your amazon order number, and boom, you have a replacement shipped to you, no questions asked. - They are super simple to install. Just follow the directions, and you can't go wrong. clean the screen, apply the glass, and let it stick. Just wipe away any bubbles with your finger, and it's done. - I bought Tech Armor's more expensive Edge to Edge cover for my 6s and hated it. It constantly peeled up form the edges and eventually fell off. I came back to this smaller model that fits better with my phone cover, and am back to thrilled. Cons: - This is the reason I removed one star (and note that this does not deter me from buying these protectors for all of my families phones). There's a caveat in the warranty that they will only provide 3 replacements in the lifetime of the protector. So if you're rough on these protectors and break them regularly, then after the third replacement, you will have to buy another one. At $7 that's not a huge deal, but just something to be aware of. Overall, these are amazing protectors. I WILL NOT use our phones without them and trust them inherently to protect our screens. They take an amazing beating and just keep ticking. They are extremely well worth the $. I cannot recommend them any stronger. I hope I have helped your purchasing decision of this product. I buy a lot of items off of Amazon, but this is the first time that I have ever written a review for a particular item. There are three reasons that I chose to make this my first official review: 1. In the packaging of my new HD Clear Ballistic Glass iPhone 6 screen protector, there was an offer for a free product with proof of an Amazon review. I have never been one to turn down free stuff. However, this is not the main reason for my review...that would be a result of #2 on this list... 2. The customer service provided by Tech Armor has been fantastic. Upon receiving and applying my original screen protector with the utmost care, I realized that there was a noticeable bubble "defect" caused by the protector itself. As per the instructions provided with the item, I assumed that this "defect" was the initial "wave patterns" caused during installation, and that it would disappear after 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, the bullseye defect pattern still remained several days later and it did not appear to be diminishing. Thinking that this was most likely a result of my own error in applying the protector, I contacted Tech Armor customer support for tips or suggestions for repairing this defect. I did not ask for a refund, nor did I demand a replacement. Within 24 hours, Tech Armor responded to my email asking for my order number...saying that they would send a replacement out to my address immediately! Even though I mentioned in my email that the defect was possibly MY fault, they insisted on sending me a replacement product at no charge... Now that is how you take care of your customers! 3. I was very excited to get rid of this "defect", but to ensure perfect application, I decided to take the replacement to work with me and apply it in a clean room. Things were going great...there was no dust, no bubbles, no finger prints, and the alignment was perfect. I used the provided squeegee to remove all of the bubbles, but to my utter disappointment, there was still a bubble "defect" after application...in the EXACT same location as the "defect" in the original protector. I tried and tried to slowly work the bubble out, but no luck. It was at that moment that I realized that the defect was not in the Tech Armor screen protector, but in the iPhone 6 finish itself. There must be a tiny burr in the finish of the iPhone that protrudes into the solid glass of the screen protector when it is applied. The result of the pressure on the burr is a bullseye shaped birefringence pattern in the tempered glass screen protector. I find it very hard to believe that two products could have the exact same defect mode in the exact same location. The reason that I mention this is that, perhaps others are experiencing this same problem. What if some of the negative reviews for this product are written by people who have the same defect? They are giving a bad review to the wrong product! They should be complaining about their iPhone itself, not the screen protector. Now I don't have actual proof that this burr exists, as I did not want to remove the 2nd screen protector and throw my phone under a microscope, but given the repetitive nature of the defect and the birefringence pattern created in both cases, a burr is the only explanation that I could think of. Overall, I am very pleased with this product, and with my interaction with Tech Armor. No, the thing isn't easy to apply, and yes, you can smudge it with fingerprints, but that is the nature of these particular products. You can't expect a screen protector to fix a dirty screen. This screen protector is crystal clear, it feels great, and the sizing is exactly as described. I can't comment on the durability or the longevity of this product yet, but if it is anything like the Tech Armor products that I have used in the past, it will fare favorably. I will gladly do business with Tech Armor again and I will encourage my friends and family to as well. I will also encourage all of you who may have concerns about "defects" caused by this product to assess the root cause of the problem. There's a good chance that it lies somewhere other than Tech Armor's Ballistic Glass Screen Protector.

This is my first Amazon review and I'm writing this in hopes someone can point to the cause of my problems, or has a solution, since I really like this hard plastic protector and was satisfied with their hassle-free replacement warranty. I've been using the TA Ballistic Glass protector on my iPhone 6 for about 3 months now, and have had to replace it twice. I'm currently on my 3rd protector. My phone does not receive abuse and is carried around daily in an otherwise empty front pants pocket. TA's customer support and lifetime replacement warranty is great. I received a response within a few days, and replacements arrived in approximately 2 weeks both times. While this is great, it is an inconvenience to do this so often. Another thing I should mention about this protector is that it does noticeably reduce the sensitivity of the touchscreen. The first one had small chips appear on the top, bottom-right, and bottom-left edges after a few weeks. So I thought maybe the screen took some impact, but I had no memory of this happening. Anyhow, contacted TA and they sent me a replacement, 'hassle-free'. With this second protector, small chips appeared a few days after installation. I was careful to make sure the phone did not encounter any impact. This time they appeared on the top-left, and right edges. I wasn't very happy to see this happen again, but I did not want to go through the hassle of obtaining another replacement so I decided to just live with the chips. A few days later, the chip on the right edge developed into a crack running across the middle of the entire protector. I contacted TA again and they sent me a third replacement, also hassle-free. This time the representative suggested that I review the installation instructions and tips. I would say the installation is very simple and I'm not sure how I could have done a better job. My installation had no bubbles or dust, and alignment has been near perfect judging by equally spaced gaps between speaker and edges of speaker cutout, home button and home button cutout, and edges of screen protector to edges of phone. So, I don't believe I installed it incorrectly. Fitment is good, and even though the edges do seem to be slightly 'lifted' since the phone has a curved screen, I did not have any issues with peeling or dust collecting under. Well, I'll have to see how it holds up. If chips start appearing again after a few days, I will probably just give up on it and try another brand or go back to a film protector. I do like this hard plastic, but I'm not sure it's worth the trouble. My bottom-line opinion is that this is a good screen protector for the price, and customer service honors their replacement warranty so you don't need to worry about getting it replaced. But, I'm not entirely happy with how fragile the protector seems to be. When I first decided on this protector, I thought it would allow me to use my phone more carelessly, but now I feel as if I have to protect the screen protector and am overly cautious with handling my phone. I really hope I can update this and give a higher rating if it holds up this time. It would be a shame for a company to have such great customer support and warranty policy, but a poorly manufactured product. UPDATE 5/5/15 (2 months later): Upped rating from 3-stars to 5-stars. The last replacement I received has held up well. No chipping at all and I'm using it the same way as before. I'm led to believe the first 2 may have been a bad batch(???). At the end of the day, I'm happy with my purchase and am assured that Tech Armor is there to help. Pros: Easy install, excellent customer support and warranty, great price Cons: Noticeable reduction in touchscreen sensitivity, screen needs frequent cleaning/wiping of fingerprints and smears.

[This review has been updated since its original post, see below] I have purchased many screen protectors from Tech Armor before for older iPhone models and have been fairly happy with their products. However, I cannot say that I recommend this screen protector. I purchased the Ultraclear Ballistic Glass screen protector which is crystal clear and great if you want the clarity and for everyday scratch protection. However, it does not protect the screen from falls at all, not even minor ones. I've accidentally dropped my new iPhone 6 face down at a medium desk-height onto a linoleum floor but my entire screen shattered and the display is completely destroyed (not just the screen) and the repairs will cost me $299 + tax at Apple. The screen protector has also been damaged as well but not nearly to the extent that my phone has. I have only had the phone for about a month and the screen protector for a week and a half so the product itself is not very old. It is also a very tight fit on the screen though I have read that larger versions are being made. Overall, I am a very disappointed customer and am disheartened from purchasing Tech Armor again though I have had positive experience with their products in the past. I was going to purchase the same screen protector for my mom but after such a disappointing experience, I now think that it might actually be better to purchase those overpriced $25 screen protectors from your phone service provider as they may be of better value. *I will say that the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus do tend to be more fragile and break more easily in my opinion compared to the older models but am disappointed in this product nonetheless. **Update: I have contacted Tech Armor and have decided to give the product another chance and have requested a replacement. Though I have previous rated the product a single star, I would rate their customer service 5 stars. The response time was quick and I was pleasantly surprised with the company's concerns towards unsatisfied customers. (However, if the product fails to perform again (meaning if a minor to moderate fall breaks the phone screen again), then I will move onto another product.) ***2nd Update: I have received the replacement screen from Tech Armor and am now generally content with the product. While it may not completely protect your phone screen from cracking from falls, it does a good job of protecting it from everyday scratches and minor bumps/drops on carpeted floors. It feels great to the touch (very sleek and smooth glass surface) so I recommend purchasing a sturdy phone case along with this screen protector. I believe that my overpriced phone case did an average to slightly above average job at protecting my phone, which probably contributed to my display shattering so I am still on the lookout for a much more durable case (perhaps with thicker frames) to pair with this screen protector. I think that if you purchase a phone case that has highly raised frame edges (greater than 1mm, which is more difficult to find as many sellers go for a sleek design at the cost of added protection), it will do a better job at protecting your phone from falls than just relying on the screen protector, especially for facedown-phone drops.

I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to applying screen protectors to my phones, but I lack manual dexterity. Obviously, that's a bad combination for the task at hand. As a result, applying screen protectors has always been an exercise of frustration for me. In the past, I purchased the plastic film screen protectors. While they did a decent job of protecting my phone's screen from scratches, they were quite difficult for me to apply without getting dust or fingerprints on the screen. And I generally had a awful time getting the plastic protectors to align correctly with my phone's screen. Worst of all, removing air bubbles during the application of plastic screen protectors was a major pain. By comparison, the Tech Armor ballistic glass screen protector was much easier to apply properly with good results (i.e. good alignment and no dust, fingerprints, or air bubbles). And once applied, it also looks nice. I can't provide any info on its effectiveness as a protector because I've not dropped my phone yet (and hope to keep it that way). But I can say that Tech Armor's customer support is excellent. As easy as it is to apply this screen protector, I messed up my first attempt by getting fingerprints on the adhesive side of the glass. Tech Armor sent me a replacement at no cost and no questions asked. I managed to get my replacement screen protector installed without incident, and I'm very happy with the result. Finally, from my own experiences, I'd like to share some tips concerning the application of screen protectors. * Only apply screen protectors when you are not rushed. If you're in a hurry to do something else, it's better to wait until later. * Apply the screen protector in a VERY well lit area so you can spot dust particles easier. Dust particles are a major cause of air bubbles appearing under your screen protector. You want to make sure your phone is very clean before applying the screen protector. * Try to apply the screen protector IMMEDIATELY after cleaning your phone. This minimizes the chance of stray dust particles landing on your screen (which create the dreaded air bubbles under your screen protector). Final tip: If your bathroom is clean, well lit, and has a comfortable surface to work, it can be a great place to apply a screen protector. Before applying the screen protector, run hot water in the shower for a couple of minutes to SLIGHTLY fog up the air in the bathroom. The humid air helps to trap the finer dust particles floating around, so it helps to minimize stray dust particles from landing on your phone's screen during the application of the screen protector.

At $8.76 with one day delivery, not only was it the cheapest 3 pack at the time but also well equipped with an installation frame & good cleaning kit. As others have mentioned, the frame isn't the best fitting one for a SE but if you push both the top and bottom down at once it's snug enough to apply the screen protector, and way better than aligning it manually. You do need to have patience to make sure the screen is 100% free of any specks of dust as just one tiny one can create an air bubble you can't squeeze out. It's easy to do this under a strong light, so you can see dust easily against the reflection and the provided 4 sets (1 large square, and 1 smaller strip each) of stickers are great at removing dust. Then when you apply the screen protector, start at one end (such as the top) and squeeze out the air from side to side as you put the protector down towards the home button and this leaves no air bubbles at all if your screen is dust free. You need to make sure you are pushing the air from the centre to the edge, obviously you will have air bubbles if you do it the other way. It's very easy and repeatable if you put in some patience, the preparation to remove dust and an appropriate technique to make sure you have no air bubbles. You can see in the photos that both installs are flawless, free of any dust/hair and air bubbles. But you can not just rush & throw it down assuming you have a "dust-free environment" like some negative reviews have complained about when they have just wiped it down. Just because it looked clean under natural light does not mean it's free of dust, especially close up under lights.

This review will be short because everything has pretty much been said. Suffice it to say the screen protector works well and does provide a near flawless look to your phone. I have used many others in the past and this one has become my all time favourite. I love the feel and look of the phone with this protector on. Your fingers will glide across the screen and it looks exactly like it does without any protector on it. The only downside is that the protector doesn't quite reach the edges of the phone. The problem lies in the iPhone's curved design and not the screen protector itself. If you want a total edge to edge protector you will have to look elsewhere. This is also one of the easiest protectors to install you will ever find. No bubbles or air pockets what-so-ever. I have installed countless screen protectors on friends and relatives phones and this literally takes 10 minutes from start to finish to get a flawless install. Others, including the anti glare ones from this company, take much longer to achieve perfect results. Yes, I am one of those who cannot stand any, no matter how slight, imperfections on my screen. TIP: Install your protectors in a bathroom full of steam. Works like a charm! Finally I want to talk about the lifetime warranty. This company really stands behind their product. I have replaced two of these protectors and the company has been nothing but professional both times. I've dropped my phone and cracked (hairline) the screen protector in both instances and the company has shipped me a new one free of charge, including shipping, with no problems. They only ask you for your purchase date, order number, address, and pictures of the damaged screen protector. Once you email this information, they send out a new one free of charge. All-in-all a very simple and easy process. Recommended buy!

I knew about tech armor before too, but thought i would fineld something better. I was proved wrong, and fortunately bought this one.
