Zero After-Sales Support & High Hidden Costs - Beware!
"I am writing this to warn future buyers. While the camera quality might seem okay initially, the after-sales service is a nightmare. Here is what you should know before buying: Warranty is NOT On-site: If the product becomes defective, neither the brand nor Amazon will help you at your location. Heavy Loss on Installation: I spent ₹3500 for professional installation. When the camera turned out to be defective (Audio/Night Vision issues), Amazon asked me to uninstall it and return it. This means I lose my initial installation money and have to pay again to uninstall and reinstall a new one. No Support from Amazon or Brand: Amazon simply asks you to contact the seller or the brand. The brand denies service, and the seller asks you to ship the product back at your own expense. Waste of Time and Money: You will end up spending more money on shipping and technicians than the actual cost of the product. If you are looking for a product with reliable warranty and on-site support, DO NOT buy this. It is a total waste of time and hard-earned money."

Camera and DVR not matching for optimum output.
The cameras are good (Full HD). However, on further research I found that the DVR that comes with the combo package does not support Full HD (1920x1080p). I was quite disappointed, expecting that both should be Full HD. Further, the cable provide in this combo package should have been of a better quality......I wonder if I could get a replacement of the DVR to a FullHD DVR compatible with the cameras.

Good Product
I Ordered this product and it took a week to reach but worth the wait. The Seller OmTechnocraft was really helpful in activating the warranty of the product and also helped in Technical Support. The Two Bullet cameras are really good quality when compared to older 2 mp cameras. I got original Hikvision SMPS also with the Package In Box = 2 X 2mp Bullet Camera with required Fishers and Screws, Hikvision DVR Package with a mouse inside, Required BNC/DC Connectors, WD Refurbished HDD 500GB, Usewell 40 Meter Wire, Hikvision 4Channel SMPS. The wire quality is ok,but not premium but it does the job perfectly. Hard drive is working perfectly till now. Night Vision is awesome,but there is a slight switching problem during if colour vision is on and i dont know if it was my installation mistake. Power Supply is original Hikvision.
