Sample received for reviewFirstly I must say this is not the best looking mug/cup I have used. Plus it is huge, much bigger than usual. Empty it weighs 400g, full without ice cubes, just liquid, it comes in at 1150g. And it is definitely not leak proof. You have to keep it upright, unless there was something terribly wrong with the sample one I am using. There is a small hole in the lid to allow the pourer to work, I suppose, and the pourer spout, this is opened by a sliding tab, and oddly is directly aligned with a protruding lip on the lid, so it is very awkward to drink from. Thus I have to remove the lid to take a sip.However it is excellent at keeping drinks at the optimum temperature. The double walled insulation does really well overnight with iced water, which is still ratting with ice cubes first thing. So that is a pleasure. Ditto, hot drinks but do beware of burning your mouth. The indentations on the mug make it slightly easier to hold without slipping, and it is heavy when full. All in all,if this is what you are looking for, it works, but only after a fashion.
