BAD QUALITY AND DEFECTIVE AIR MATTRESSES
I am writing to formally complain about the air mattress I purchased from your company on [25.05.2024]. Despite following all the instructions for proper use and care, the mattress has developed cracks and leaks, rendering it unusable. The specific issues I have encountered with the air mattress include: 1. Cracks developed within 20 DAYS of use, leading to significant air leakage. 2. The mattress fails to hold air for an adequate period, causing discomfort and inconvenience. 3. The quality of the material appears substandard, contributing to its rapid deterioration. Given these problems, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and believe it does not meet the standards advertised by your company.

Deflation issue
Air is leaking slowly after nine months of use.Hence it deflates in 4hrs so it needs frequent pump inflation.please provide solution

Build quality
The build quality is really good, and the air blowing in and out is very quick and a little bit louder. Don't expect too much comfort.

Poor quality.
Very poor quality. The bed deflated and become unstable within an hour after it was inflated. Despite multiple attempts of inflating the bed it keeps deflating. There are no visible leaks but the matress doesn't stay inflated even when not used.

Not a recommendable product, because of its short life.
Got punctured within 5 months of use. It happened without any sharp object got stung. But during its usage, it had not troubled even a little bit. Everything else is fine, if it hadn't punctured... Build quality is to improved for better required results....
