VERSATILE! WAY COOL! Ideal power strip excellent for my needs!!!
Shopping on Amazon takes imagination and patience these days, as you see a cool item online, really want it and realize, "wait a minute", there's probably more to look and more to find....and so with that being said, I was amazed, and I mean, amazed when I received my pivoting power strip. (Hard to brag about a power strip) I had seen power charging stations all over Amazon and although really practical to my lifestyle of lots of stuff to recharge all of the time, I did not really appreciate the $40 plus price. Low and behold I find this power strip and not only is it great for what I want, it is well built, colorful to say the least, and, the large plug holes makes it easy to use. This power strip can be moved, bent, turned, to various shapes and works very well for me. I have all the plugs set up with various USB cords matched to various 100v plugs....and have my cell phone, Kindle HDX, a portable power charger, my emergency radio, and my Bluetooth selfie stick all plugged in. (No sense is beating around the bush for performance) The last plug is my "guest" plug for people that come to my house and need to charge "something". You can not go wrong with this unit. (I already ordered two more!) AND THIS IS NOT TO SAY YOU CAN PLUG IN BEEFY EQUIPMENT LIKE POWER TOOLS AND HEATERS AND AIR CONDITIONERS OR OTHER LARGE DRAWING BIG ITEMS......but for normal use, this baby is a great add.....thanks AMAZON once again! (And Amazon Prime it's there in two days!)

Power Strip for the 21st century
The quirky pivot power is a handy design that I have fallen in love with. I have one now that I take with us when we travel, another one next to the chair where i spend lots of time--it keeps the charging cords handy for my Macbook, iPad, iPhone, nook, and the light that I use there next to the chair. The fit is not a problem, The bases of the chargers are of varying sizes, but thanks to the design of the power strip, the size is not an impediment to their fitting. There is still one empty spot for something else that may come along! :)

This is the best invention since slices bread!
This actually is my 4th purchase of the Quirky Pivot Power units. That alone should tell you something! With most surge protectors you can only attach 2 or 3 electronics because of the chunky plug-ins that block the rest of the connections. With Quirky, you can arrange the protector to your needs and fill all the connections! I also like that it has a shorter cord, only 6 feet, instead of 8' or more.

Awesome product!
I bought this and a smaller one in green and they look great! They work great and I love that you can color code different areas when using these. I use the smaller one for my aquarium and the larger one for my entertainment system.

This Works Nicely.
I have been postponing cleaning up my dust-gathering messes under my computer workstation and over at the media center for quite some time. Procrastination has been my problem. Then this weird looking product came along at a fairly reasonable price with Prime shipping. Get off your butt Bob, and get things done on this project. The design is interesting, and it does work with all types of those big bulky transformers. The color is fine too, as I have already have had "what is that (?) positive comments from visitors. I gave it 4 stars because it does not contain a surge protector, which I think is appropriate at this price level. I am running it into a downstream Isobar surge protector, and from then into a kind of unique array: From the Isobar, it goes into an inexpensive, but VERY useful electricity useage monitor (available on Amazon as "Electricity Usage Monitor, Power Meter, Reduce Your Energy Costs Model EUM-A1" for just under $15 a piece. This device, after you decypher the "Manual Instructional" written in syntax impossible figure out on first reading...really works to identify the device power hogs around here! After stalling out on upgrading for a few years, I am really happy now with these purchases, as everything looks much more professional, and monitoring my power consumption has really helped remind me to shut down un-needed devices not in use.

Great Idea!
These power strips are the best invention ever for utility and adaptability. You can fit 6 big transformer-type plugs in the 6 outlets and, as long as you twist it correctly, they all adapt. That's a good idea! It really saves space and even looks more interesting than the standard power strip.

BAM EXPLODED!!
I have mixed feelings about these power strips. They are pretty cool looking, but they do not offer surge protection and that could be dangerous depending upon what you have plugged in. My daughter spotted these while we were shopping at one of our local TJX stores just before Christmas and I bought all that they had on hand. We used them for about a month, when I decided to go online and purchase a few more. Well, one day one of the power strips just exploded and it happened while everything was off and while I was away from home. Probably not the best idea, but it was one that I was using for my MacBook pro, phone charger, a speaker and a portable heater. I was very fortunate, that the extension cord was all that was damaged. It occurred to me after that this had never happened before, because we've always used surge protectors. So, needless to say, I've returned to using the surge protectors. I'm not quite sure what we'll do with these now and I wasn't aware that there was a Quirky Pivot Power 6 Outlet Flexible Surge Protector Power Strip (Black) model, but that's what I'd recommend in place of this Quirky power strip.

Best ever
I have big fat adapters. Usually I can’t use all the plugs because of the size of my adapters. This allows you to curve it which lets you use every outlet.
