Not specifically. By default it uses Fluke Connect, to send results to your smart phone (pictured, but not included). If you want to use this to directly connect to a PC, you need to also get the Fluke PC3000.

Does the Fluke 1587 FC come as a kit with a case and readers or is it just the meter itself?

It comes with the meter and the following: remote probe, test leads, alligator clips, K-type thermocouple, hard case, & user documentation.
