Fabulous product. Easy to eat because they taste good. They are easy on the stomach. I take them everyday and they are great for my skin, nails and hair. I’ve actually had significant improvement in my skin all over my body. My hair feels more full. Nails are healthy. Definitely a must. I’ve been taking these monthly for about 1 year.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've been using another Biotin for years, but on and off, it would be delayed. Also, my fingernails kept breaking and bending. This month, I changed to these. The instructions indicate to take two gummies daily. However, I take one each day due to the sugar content as I am prediabetic. The sugar content is a bit high for me. Otherwise I consider it to be a good product.

I just received these yesterday so I cannot review how well they work yet. However, they are all completely stuck together in the bottle, which is a little frustrating. So just be aware of that when ordering.

I love this product as it helps my hair grow. But, this time it all stuck together. I have to pry each piece off the large clump.
