Super bright!
This is lightweight, stylish, and looks very nice on my desk at work. The cord is plenty long enough and the on/off switch that also provides three brightness settings, is conveniently located on the back of the light at the top. Just a light touch is all that's needed to turn it on and off. Now I want to offer a word of caution: do not look at this light when turning it on!!! The first time I turned it on I made the mistake of looking at it and I swear I had died and was "seeing the light". Because of the brightness I've tried to aim it away from my coworkers so they don't feel like they are undergoing an interrogation. As for being a "therapy" light...I suppose it works but I've never used one before so I have nothing to compare it to. I've heard therapy lights are not supposed to remain on all the time, so I do turn it on and off throughout the morning. Do I go from feeling sluggish to bouncing off the cubicle walls? No. Does it create a "zen" feeling? No, however I don't feel as tired during the mid afternoon slump and it definitely creates a bright glow on the ceiling above my desk.

Stupendous
I just made some comments on my combined sleep schedule. I take Tryptophan to help go to sleep. I wake up, do some stretches. Turn on my light. And I watch the news in my recliner and do whatever my morning rituals are. Like view stocks, answer emails, eat breakfast, feed the dog. I'm not a farmer. Most of us are not farmers. But for most of human creation, we have woken up with the sun, and went to bed in the dark. It's only in relatively recent history that we've been able to ignore that due to artificial lighting and diverse occupations. The light helps us adjust and stay adjusted. It's super cheap. It's not a drug. It's very attractive and small. Just stick it at the peripheral of your vision and do what you normally do. You don't have to meditate in front of it or anything. If it works, FANTASTIC. If it doesn't work, you have an extra light in your home that is ultra bright when you need to find something under the couch. If you have issues with sleep, it's a no-brainer to try it. It has helped me tremendously and I've had sleep issues my entire life. I went from sleeping 9 hours a day at incredibly irregular times to sleeping 7-8 hours a day and having much better energy levels and mental well-being. There, I should have just written that.

very bright!
There are 5 of us who work in an office with no exterior windows and our department coordinator had me order a light for everyone on our team to have at our desks. Cute design and while my co-worker's desk layout keeps allows them to keep it on the brightest setting, I'm definitely happy here are 3 levels of bright as I don't like it quite as bright. Overall, 4/5 of us think this is helping us power through the day and our 1 co-worker hasn't taken it out of the box. Initially I had the light on until my lunch break but found if I kept it on all day, my "awakeness" seemed to be better during the afternoon slump time. I was very interested in the possibility it might help with my sleep, which has always been an issue and I was always tired. While getting a good night's sleep is still not the norm, my watch tells me I'm getting more "deep sleep" time that I used to get and on those night I wake up with more energy. If you work in a windowless office/room or have sleep issues, I would say the circadian lamp it worth trying.

Works as advertised, I've noticed a difference
I bought this to help with seasonal affective disorder, and after about 13 days of use, I can say it has had a measurable impact in a positive way. I am sleeping better, and I have the data to back that up so I'm already sold on the effectiveness of this product. Due to the overall size of the device, moving it to where I need it a simple task. Made integrating it into my routine much easier. Another benefit I have found is that it is likewise great for filling out the lighting in my office for video calls, so it's really just an overall great product that has several uses beyond just the original intention. Would have preferred a USB-C PD to power it, but oh well. And if you are looking for feedback, USB-C power would be one I'd recommend.

Circadian Optics Lattis Light Therapy Lamp
I received my lamp incredibly quickly after ordering which was nice. It is a smaller size but it fits perfectly on my counter top and it looks incredibly elegant and part of the decor so i never have to hide it/put it away. For its smaller size, it is really bright! I'll have it on and walk away and it illuminates my room as if their is a second window providing a nice bright light. it has 3 settings so if you find it too bright you can dim it. I have noticed that when i use it i feel less desire to go for a nap in the afternoon when my day is long. I am still unsure of what angle to have it pointed at because i know it shouldn't be directly facing you? if anyone can describe to me how to angle it that would be great. I have used it for 3 weeks now and have noticed a small increase in my mood for sure. I think you have to find your perfect balance of time to keep it on to see a noticeable difference with S.A.D. affects. I am happy with my purchase!

Seems to be working
I have issues with sleep as a major night owl so I often miss out on morning sunshine and could use a light box. I tried one before from Costco but this one is brighter, looks nicer, is taller (which I like), has a 3 yr warranty, and costs $50 less. I've use it daily for one week now and it already seems to be helping. My energy and mood feel higher and I've been going to bed earlier at night. I first used it too long (one hour) and felt nauseous with a headache for hours, but I found 30 minutes works great. The manual said to use 8-24" away from eyes so I keep it about 20" on the highest setting. I use it without contacts or glasses with my eyes looking up at my tablet first thing after I wake to (hopefully) reset my screwed up circadian rhythm.

This is a really nice-looking therapy lamp. You would never know that that is what it is unless it is turned on due to the design, and I like that. Some have complained about the on/off switch being in the top-back of the unit but I don't find it a serious issue....I've never had it topple over when turning it on as some have stated. The location of the plug in the back is also a non-issue for me....it doesn't interfere with where I have it sitting or how/when I plugged it in. It has 3 brightness levels and it is, indeed, very bright on the highest setting which is the way it should be. I really like it and would recommend it to others. A++

I bought this because it looked good (not a good reason, but I have a tiny space) and was small. It’s even smaller than I thought but it is mighty! Twenty minutes in the morning while I drink my coffee and catch up on news and email, and I will be off to sleep at a sensible hour that night. And quality of sleep is improved as well. Count me happy! Also, bonus points because my better sleep has completely stabilized my blood sugar levels, which had been a problem for some months. Doesn’t come with much in the way of instructions and I was initially using it for too long. This will cause an urge to sleep the next morning which cannot be fought off. So be warned that more is not better.

Very happy. Its exactly as I was expecting. I love the soft touch on and off, and love that the highest brightness is the first setting when turning on. Its plastic, which does not bother me as its decorative and easy on the eyes to look at when its not on. Only thing that concerns me is that the adapter that's plugged into my surge bar seems to be warm to the touch. Even having it on for a few moments. I will monitor product accordingly, I'm not too concerned as its under warranty and I don't leave the light on unattended. Otherwise its a product that suits my personal needs and I am happy with the product.
