RSVP CHEESE SLICER. .
This is easy to clean in the dishwasher. However it appears more difficult to cut thin slices, it takes more control to get an evenly cut slice. It is very well made and should give several years of adequate service.

This is an excellent product and I not only bought myself one but three friends as well. Its much better than using a cheese wire. I recently bought this for a friend who loves it as well. Mine is about five year old and still going strongexcellent product
