PO40

This is my third or forth go at buying one of these things, so I thought I would go for the bigger names in healthcare as some of the other Chinese made no name things were a bit haphazard, but I am still not sure how accurate it is. It is on par with the hospital ones (I spent 5 days in) but not my Dr's one. I am a normal 93/94 in hospital and at home, but my Dr has a NHS one and he gets 98 or 99 ? So I think this one is pretty close to being right as opposed to my Dr having 98/99 when I have not had that amount of oxygen for 20 plus years. So yes it is ok and quite accurate and worth the money. But who REALLY knows !!!!!

Another quality product from Beurer. Excellent quality, reliable, easy to use and read, which of course reflects on price which is among the high ones. But for me, it deserves every penny. Strongly recommended as this is one-off purchase.

Very good! It takes a few seconds but it seems very accurate. A nice colour easy to read display.

Found this very good. It is accurate.as checked with GP and has same reading. Screen is clear though could be bigger The other thing would be connectivity to iPhone to store readings. Easy o use and even checks if a good reading Overall very happy

I bought a cheap device from an unknown brand but the readings appeared a bit suspect at times. This device is much more consistent so worth the extra.

I had high expectations for this product and it hasn't disappointed! Easy to use and store. I would recommend this.

First of all thanks for the effort and generosity of the company supplying the device despite being let down by their suppler. I found the meter easy to use and gave me a reading in a few seconds of my oxygen levels and heart rate. I can’t say how accurate it is as I have no way of comparing at the moment. I’m pleased with my choice and would recommend it.

Esperaba que Beurer volviera a poner sus productos en venta, ya que se agotaron durante la pandemia. Ahora hay varias ofertas con excelentes críticas y a mitad de precio, pero prefería gastar un poco más. Es "tecnología alemana" pero no hay una etiqueta que explícitamente mencione el lugar de fabricación. Hay que reconocer que los productos "diseñados" en Europa tienen componentes asiáticos si contienen chips. Hay pocas empresas que fabriquen "in situ" porque es mucho mas caro. Independientemente de esto, el oxímetro funciona perfectamente, está bien construido y además el po40 a diferencia del po30, mide el el índice de perfusión (PI), esto se ve en una pantalla opcional. El único punto que podría mejorar es que a pesar de poseer varias pantallas opcionales, no las memoriza, así que si interesa saber la (PI) hay que cliquear dos veces cada vez. Una buena compra.

Fungerar bra på tonåringar och vuxna, men läser osäkert på mindre, tunna fingrar. Lätt att använda och bra batteritid.

Update after 10 days, this I compared with other product made in China and found the quality of this product is cheap plastic compared to Chinese so it looks like made somewhere local we are house but it still works good and now I have a feeling how come Beurer is making products in some local shops. I brought another product of Beurer TENS EM49 found the quality is really horrible and returned it. Paid 3700 for a German Brand Oximeter and later found its not Germans made. I can’t return it either as Non returnable product from Tulip Sales. Contacted Beurer India they say Tulips is true reseller. Beurer if you are reading this please get your manufacturing unit checked where it’s made
