High quality grappling hook.
Excellent quality grappling hook and rope though you should consider also selling these with knots tied at equal lengths apart as it would be awfully convenient as an option for potential buyers who need knotted rope. Very impressed with this product and would definitely recommend.

Call me Bond.
Bought to pull branches when sawing trees. Gets a good hold to pull away from buildings and fences. Not sure I would want to put my life in it's hands hanging off a cliff but that may be me just being a chicken

Strong, folding grappling hook
This was bought primarily for removing rubbish from a nearby river. It is well made and the 10 metre rope is both long enough, strong enough and light enough to throw. It also folds down for easy storage and transport

Won't open - cross threaded
Brought this ages ago, went to use it and it's impossible to open- seems to have been crossthreaded out of the factory. Rendered useless and a waste of money

If you need it this is a good one.
Very well made tool, that has come in very handy for hanging deadfall in trees.

Review of this item
Purchased this item several months ago, have not had the opportunity to thoroughly test it. I purchased. It has part of my bug out kit in case I ever needed to cross a ravine or anything. The rope appears to be strong enough, the grappling hook does collapse down to a more manageable size, however The one thing that I have already found is that you will need either a sturdy branch to tighten it down through the eyelet or a sturdy knife or a sturdy screwdriver long enough to go through the eyelet. I have yet to put this thing through some real world testing Although it does appear to be well-made

Yardwork or survival uses.
Love this thing. I'm way too FAT for climbing. I purchased this for working around the yard dragging brush out of my pond or other places in the yard. Feels strong and sure. Heavy duty enough for me since I was once too strong for my own good. Threaded to lock tangs in for storage or out for throwing.

Back Yard Work still in Progress
My use for this item was a bit unusual. Typically when I hike I would use this on myself gaining advantages to difficult terrain. However, I needed it for pulling down broken tree branches snagged on other limbs. In addition I needed this device for pulling overgrowth vines and brush with thorn plants everywhere. A rake and grappler hook helped to remove the 25 years of vines over grown brush. - Back Yard Work still in Progress -
