When i bought this there were only three reviews so i was concerned but bought it anyway. I rarely write reviews but this battery is great. very satisfied.

The Dell laptop wouldn’t recognize it.
It was undetected in the laptop. As soon as you pulled the plug, the power cut off. I had to return it.

Only charges up to 19%
It did get my laptop to power back up after holding the power button for a good 20 seconds or so, but the battery only charges up to to 19%, so I recommend finding a different manufacturerer of this battery model

Seller provided replacement battery. Thanks.
I will update after installing replacement and evaluating situation. previous battery installed in Dell laptop would shut down unexpectedly. I would like to have it replaced so that the computer can be used reliably when not connected to power. If I close the cover and move quickly from one power supply to another I have not had a failure.

Not Dell BIOS Compatible
Will not charge in a Dell, and will get an error with every start up. Flashing amber/white light forever.
