Best gluten free pasta on the market.
Great pasta. My husband Hass to be gluten-free but I don’t. I was making two different types of pasta for dinner every time until we found this pasta coming from an Italian that’s pretty good.

Seriously good products
We originally purchased Le Veneziane products because our youngest daughter has celiac disease and we couldn't serve her wheat pasta. Well once we tried the product we have never purchased from another company. We have probably tried almost all of their products including penne, fettucce and spaghetti. Right now I am on a Fettuce binge, partly because it comes in little nests that look great, but mostly because of the quality. If you don't try it, you will never know what you are missing and that would be sad.

The Best!
This brand of gluten free pasta is the best. I have tried so many brands and they either bothered my stomach or tasted like I was eating cardboard. You cannot tell the difference from regular pasta when eating this brand. I am so happy I found it. It is a bit pricier than regular pasta but if you must eat gluten free I would suggest giving it a try.

Best Gluten Free Pasta Around!
I have bought and used all Le Veneziane line of gluten free pastas (including the Gnocchi). They are, hands down, the best GF pasta I have tried. When cooked correctly (al dente) it is firm and will hold together, even when being twirled in a fork. You cannot say that for other GF pastas. It tastes delicious and is indistinguishable from wheat based pastas. (I have served to to family members, and they never knew. Shhh, don’t tell anyone!)

The BEST!
My gluten-free friend turned me on to this pasta. He and his wife had just returned from Rome, where they ate amazingly good gluten free dishes. I don't know if he heard about this brand while there, but he said it was the BEST. He did not exaggerate. It's beautiful, tasty and--unlike most GF brands--just as delicious as leftovers the next day or thereafter. Never gritty, gummy or tough. I don't know how La Veneziane does it, and I don't know why everyone else can't make pasta like this. It's awesome. It's the only brand I'll buy. I look forward to pasta night once again!

Best GF pasta
This is the best GF pasta we have tried. It has good flavor and great texture. Does not get mushy at all. We have served it non GF folks, and they like it better than semolina pasta!

Wonderful pasta!
This pasta has great taste and flavor. My family loves it. Even though they do not need gluten-free, they prefer Le Veneziane Rigate. We have tried many different gluten-free pastas with some pretty terrible results. It took a lot of coaxing for my husband and son to try this brand but now they love it. The pasta holds up as well, if not better, than regular rigatoni. I highly recommend it. This is the second large order I have placed and will continue to do so because we do not like to be without some in the cabinet.
