I saw some people were not happy about how it tasted so I'm starting from there. It's refreshing, fruity + herbal taste. I put one packet in a small regular 16oz bottle of water, shake it and drink it. One time I let it sit for a while like hours when it was half left, and it became a little bitter than original taste but it wasn't horrible at all. I like how refreshing and even sweet it is! No problem drinking it at all as far as the taste is concerned.It dissolves easily with vigorous shake of the bottle itself. If someone's using a cup for dissolving it, it might need a lot of stirring though.As far as the function is concerned, we all know there's no magic for weight loss. I've been only taking it for a week or so now, every day, especially after I eat lunch or dinner. I didn't set specific time to drink it. But I want to make sure I'm not empty stomach because I get stomach upset/sick easily from anything. So far no problem having stomach sick, but I made sure not drinking it in empty stomach.Overall I feel ok about the product but I will come back for how I feel about its function, such as blood circulation.

Does not work as it’s promised. Do not waste your money. I have been using it for a month and no results. The product give me stomach acidity. I could not finish, I tried since it promised that it works but I had to stop in the 18 day, no results as promised and my stomach now is sick

The taste of the product is def not A+, but shaking the powder and consuming immediantly can help dim down the bitterness. I can say though — it does its job. I’ve had regular bowel movement daily. As someone who literally had one bowel movement every week, this product is super useful. It will also take 3-4 days for it to start working — atleast for me.

It's very responsive and prompt. Customer service is great.--------------1 week after trying the product :I purchased pills, drinking mix, and jelly together. The jelly tastes good like a dessert but I don't like the bitter after-taste of the drinking mix, so I didn't drink it every day. The drink is indeed sweet at first but the bitterness comes out right after. It's a great energy drink tho. I can feel the energy boost after drinking one sleeve.I've been consistently taking the pills every day before bed. This consistency leads me to believe that the noticeable results I've experienced comes from the pills. After just a week, I had a remarkable improvements in debloating. While I haven't noticed any changes in my weight yet, I'll keep an eye on the numbers. Alongside this red diet treatment, I've also done a lot more workout than usual, especially weight lifting, which could be complementing the effects of these pills. Once I finished these product, I'll definitely re-order the pills.
