Love this product you use a ton for the type of salt it is in a bath so make sure to read the back of package. But helps with relaxation and healing in the nether regions.

It is perfect for relaxing sore muscles and helping with a deep sleep. I have used other brands; however, for myself, these are the perfect magnesium salts.

You need to use 3 cups for a bath soak and I did not realize it took that much for it to be effective.

I'm 62 and I have trouble relaxing at night. I use the magnesium flakes to soak in before bed and it helps me sleep. I have also made magnesium spray with them. I have them on repeat order. I would highly recommend them.

Easily made into magnesium oil which can be sprayed on for a lift from fatigue and for muscle aches. It seems to soften the skin too. I've been using it for a week and plan to continue.

Didn't really notice a difference from epsom salts that I use often.. No significant enough anyway....

Great for bath soaks or even making your own magnesium spray. Spray on your legs in the evening for a calming restful sleep. No scent, no residue or texture. I have no complaints!

Added to lotion and voila
