The media could not be loaded. I was using my MacBook Air to do a lot more work and the small screen was frustrating and it was exhausting, causing eye strain. Purchasing the screen extensions was a game changer. However initially there were some issues.My MacBook Air is nearly 10 years old and therefore the ports are limited. The one UCB port didn't support the dual screens, so I had to purchase two additional leads to make everything work: 1) a UCB Adapter, which is plugged into a mains power socket, to power the screens; 2) an HDMI splitter to split the image from my laptop across the three screens.Once these issues were resolved the fun began. I now have an extended desktop which can be configured in different ways. My current arrangement is must productive for me because it means I can have multiple windows open, making editing and collating documents really easy. This arrangement also means I can extend a window across all three screens if needed - this was especially useful when I wanted to edit audio/visual content.I have noticed that my productivity has increased and my frustrations are reduced. I've also noticed that my eye strain has lessoned because I'm not having to focus on one screen all the time - having different wallpaper on each screen gives my eyes a break. The frame of the screen also supports the keyboard at an incline which is a more comfortable typing position too.Having to use an external power source to power the screens means that I am not completely mobile, but I am very happy with my purchase. It was a good price and has made a real different to my work. Prior to this I had purchased a similar screen extension at a much cheaper price via a TikTok advert, but this turned out to bogus - it was too good to be true. Thankfully my bank managed to get the money back.
