This is a great book to start with healthy and meaningful changes, the challenges that this book offers you are excellent to train yourself in being better and understanding the reason behind them.

This is a quick reference guide on how to improve your overall life and well-being. The advice and solutions are easy to follow. This is an easy to follow guide. I would recommend this book.

Everyday basics, lacks warmth
Depending upon where the reader is at on their journey to improve their lives, they may find this book as a review of everyday basics to work on. While the book was well written, the information felt more like a report vs feeling the closeness of a reader receiving encouragement from a writer who understands what someone is going through. There was an absence of warmth. The 30-day challenges were a nice touch but there wasn’t any steps given to track those challenges. Overall, I would recommend this book as a resource and to go the chapters that one may need support in and not necessarily read the whole book.

Comprehensive view
I thought I am fairly rounded person, but this book opened my eyes further on areas that I could improve. It covers from relationship, creativity, personal growth, finance, etc. It even covers recreation and spirituality! Give practical advice and some discussion on where you could have blind spot or issues. Great book.

This book is an efficient, no-nonsense workbook that covers key aspects of self-improvement. You can pick and choose which chapters matter to you, and work specifically on those elements. There is brief but cutting analysis, and actionable tips and exercises.The one space for improvement is the book's layout. It could use proper formatting for readability, as the spacing, indentation, and just the general layout of the book is not cleanly done. Apart from that, the book is a good buy. Would recommend it for the content.

I read this as part of Amazon's Kindle Spring Challenge, "Series Pioneer," where readers were asked to complete the first book within a customer favorite series. In a selection teeming with young adult, romance, and TikTok recommendations, this was the only decent non-fiction that I saw.The book was short and was easy for me to read as I have read a lot of self-help. Reading it was like reviewing all the advice I got from all the books I have read.On to the book. While it offered advice on how to improve one's life, I think some were quite trivial. So much so that it felt like it was trying to be too friendly. In doing so, it came out rudimentary. The book lacked the depth I got from other self-help books. That being said, I think it would still be a great choice for people who would like to read their first self-help book. Although it felt trivial, this book covers a wide range of areas and can be used as a sampler by readers in choosing the specific area of self-help they would like to dive deeper in.

The media could not be loaded. I loved it so nice as a motivation I downloaded the E-book from the first few pages I decided to buy the actual paper book to enjoy it on the train and to go through it again and again I like books that I can come back too all the timeAnd I found the workbook soo helpful to implement what I learned and to make me feel better to see the big changes I’m making , changing my lifeHonestly highly recommended

The book is a guideline for prioritizing self-care and personal growth amidst a busy lifestyle. The book is well-structured and easy to follow, and the interactive exercises at the end of each chapter are a good idea.I appreciated that the book starts with relationships, recreational activities, and spirituality. Finance is tackled in the 4th chapter, and business and career only in the 7th. Somewhat unusual for a personal growth book, it includes a last chapter on positively impacting the environment. Very much appreciated.However, as the concise book covers ten areas, it remains superficial on all discussed subjects. Consequently, the book is suitable for beginners, but people familiar with the matter will likely be disappointed.I did not appreciate the up-front publicity and request for a review.

A Decent Guide
How To Become Your Best Self is a guide to help you get the most out of your life, ensuring your life is balanced with a focus on self-care. Topics covered include Romantic Relationships, the Environment, Health and Fitness, Goals, and Personal Growth, to name a few. Although the information provided is excellent and gives you a lot to think about, the only downside for me was that I found it a little boring. I did not connect with the author, perhaps because there were no anecdotes or personal stories, which I enjoy with self-help books.
