Amazing hat, multiple purpose
I ordered this hat for myself cause I have occasional migraines, but before a night out my friend came to visited and tried it on. He didn’t wanna take it out and we ended up taking it with us to a house party and even the club. Everyone was fighting to take turns to wear it. Was more popular on our night out than anything else. Doesn’t just help with migraines but just to relax, the slightly heavy feelings makes is very soothing.100% recommend for personal use and to calm your friends

Gets warm very fast
I was so happy to receive a 360⁰ ice cap for my chronic daily migraines. But after leaving it hours in the freezer the coldness only lasts 10 mins tops. Very disappointed. The fit is great and there's a hole on top to pull your hair through if it's long. But the gel material just doesn't last. I got more relief from an ice pack for injuries.
